Jag Jeans Women's Peri Straight Pull on Jean

Ok, these fit GREAT and are a really crisp, dark color even after many washes. I can't do 5 stars just because I feel ridiculous pulling them on - they come up pretty high. I'm up in my 40s and jeans don't fit like they used to, so these stretchy jeans make it possible to move comfortably and look like I can still wear jeans without being self conscious. The wide waist band is flattering - don't get me wrong. I'm just more aware that I am hiding those imperfections when I wear these.

I bought these jeans recently in the 'midnight' dark blue color. It was love at first try. Loved them so much I quickly ordered another pair. I wanted to help others considering Jag jeans. For me and my hour glass shape, the Peri cut works great for me. I ordered the Malia and they don't fit as well for my body type. If you have the body type of thin legs and larger on top the Malia is cut for you.I love the concept of pull on jeans. They ease up over your hips and love handles and hold it in comfortably. I love how smooth my tops look without the bulk of zippers and belt loops. I have been a long time Levis girl. I am frustrated with Levis and their inconsistent sizing. Bye bye Levis, I'm a Jag girl now!

5'9"/165/36DD ordered the 10. They fit great everywhere but the length, too short. The inseam on this pant in size 10 is 32" (the vendor says it is 33", but it isn't, I measured with a tape measure). I needed an inseam closer to 34" for my tall frame.I also ordered the Jag Jean in PALEY cut which had a 33.5" inseam and fit me perfect! (The vendor claims the PALEY has a 34" inseam, it is actually 33.5"). You can't go wrong with this pair. You will wash them at night to have have them again in the morning. Like lounge pants but don't tell anyone.

Carolina Girl did an incredibly informative review on Jag jeans and, as a result, I ended up buying FIVE PAIRS OF THIS BRAND OF JEANS! OMG! I had tried the HSN - DG2 stretch jeans that she just came out with and they are nothing compared to Jag! DG2 stretched while wearing them and lost their shape. Awful and I ended returning them. Based on Carolina Girl's great review of various pairs and the sizing, I ended up buying Peri in a light/worn and another in a darker color, plus the Phoenix style she suggested that I will review on that post as well. I'm between a 10 and 12 (have to lose a few pounds) and 5.6" so these fit PERFECTLY! No hemming or anything! While they were a little snug to pull up over my hips, once they were up all the way... WOW! You would never ever know these are pull-ons with the pockets and fly details, plus the jean material is spot on! I cannot imagine wearing regular zipper waisted jeans again! I bought two pairs of the capri style (indigo and white) and they are fantastic! I honestly have found the perfect jeans!Now, I am sitting here with a pair on and the waistline is pretty high, and rolls a bit when I sit but that's fine. When I stand up they go back in place. I notice also that they loosen up just a bit from wearing them which is perfect. I like my fit rather snug so having them stretch out just a tiny bit is just fine since it creates the look I am looking for. I am almost 62 years old and do not like "old lady" clothes, especially jeans! However, my midriff is a problem and I hate the way regular jeans feel (constricting). If I buy them to fit the waistline, they are too big everywhere else. Additionally, the Jag jeans make your butt look really good and hide any panty lines. These are extremely well made and the fabric on all five pair of jeans is excellent, as well as the detail. I AM BEYOND THRILLED WITH THESE JEANS!

I will stick to button and zipper waistbands. I hope Jag doesn't stop making theirs.

These are the most comfortable, consistent and best looking jeans available. They are reasonably priced. They are extremely well made and durable and wash well. I have not found a better brand of jeans.
