Product is,excellent , works well ..my issue is,with the expiry dates,from Amazon...is there no stock rotation in your warehouses? I first bought the duo pack in January 2025 , expiry,date,showed July 2025....no issue with that 7 months .. Repeat purchased at end of May 2025 ..duo pack again , the order arrived with expiry date of 6/2025 !! Returned both for refund ...please,Amazon check your stock....

Seems to work for me. The first symptom I tend to get is a scratchy throat. I use this and the symptoms don’t progress. Easy to use

I've currently got a flu that could take down the jolly green giant. Whilst I am not convinced of the claims that this will shorten the illness (literally no way that could be scientifically proven due to umpteen variables in any trial), I do feel this is vastly helping with symptoms. Big win there! However BE WARNED... the design of the bottle itself makes it quite difficult to spray without either pinching your nose or your lip... the lip of the bottle/nozzel which you push down on is thin so to get a decent grip and insert fully in your nostril at the correct slant/angle to get to the nasal passage is a tight fit. For me it's resulted in some nostril pinching. On top of navigating this hazard, the gap where the nozzle and bottle compress is perfectly positioned to trap a top lip in, so again more pinching, the lip pinch is much worse, feels something like catching it in a zip :( Overall I'll take the pain for the flu relief though, it's got me through a few awful days at work and definitely helped avoid having to pull a sickie. Hopefully leaving this review saves someone having to learn to be more careful in the manner I did... my lip is still swolen... but my workload is not piling up at least :)

It actually seems to work? I was really surprised but indeed I felt cold coming on hard byt two days later after using this is cleared up... I'm really shocked... May have been a fluke but huh

I have never used this brand of spray before but I hope it will work to block infections. Unfortunately I have had to give this product only 3 stars because of the very short expiry date of July 2025 which is less than 6 months to use 2 sprays. Medical products usually have expiry dates of at least one year or more. Disapponting.

I used to use First Defence but then read an article on the most effective ingredients and Lemsip First Action had them. I've used it successfully and particularly a couple of days ago when I woke up with a bad sore throat (which usually preludes a head cold with me). I used First Action straight away and the every couple of hours. Now completely clear.

I ordered the Item on 29/May/2025, recieved the item on 06/June/2025 and when i checked the expiry date, it was expirying in the same month i recieved it (June - 2025) what a joke sending me an item expirying in three weeks.
