ThinkTex Expanding Hanging File Folders, 7 Accordion Pockets

These are AWESOME! I got them just to see if the plastic expanding folders were worth the extra money, and they most definitely are. These things hold an unexpected amount of paper (including newspapers, magazines, letters, cards, photos, etc.) without ripping. The plastic is pretty decently thick, and the folders/sections expand pretty wide. The hanging file tabs/bars are also adjustable, so you can slide them out to hang the files in file cabinets/boxes, or can slide the tabs in so that the folder acts as more of a free-standing file box. I didn't realize how many color options are available, but will definitely be ordering more of these. I really can't recommend these enough--they look really nice and are such a lifesaver when it comes to organizing papers/documents (especially categories with a lot of "sub-categories" that you want to keep together--for example, Category: "Insurance" , Subcategories: "Medical/Health Insurance," "Dental Insurance," "Vision Insurance," "Life Insurance," "Auto Insurance," "Homeowner's/Renter's Insurance," etc.).

Great product

These are a nice quality. Not quite as wide as I thought it would be. I had it in my mind that I was going use it for multiple different subjects. But it’s more for one subject split in different parts., if that makes any sense.

I really like this expanding file folder—it’s lightweight, durable, and well made. However, this one is on me: I didn’t realize it’s designed for loose papers only and doesn’t accommodate standard file folders. Since I prefer using file folders for organization, it didn’t fully meet my needs. That said, I’ll still be using it for miscellaneous documents where individual papers work just fine. Overall, it’s a good product—just be sure it fits your filing style before purchasing.

Too small for my cabinet

Great quality, wish I had gone with the bigger size though! The different coloured folders help with organising.

Handy for what I need. It does fit in the file cabinet. Easy to pick up and go as you need. It has flimsy hooks to hang on the rail but will see if it holds up to time.
