For all those wary of thinking this is a fake I can assure you it's not. My old remote control gave up on me over a month ago and the replacement that VM sent out was so filthy I was afraid to touch it! Launched a dispute via resolver 3 weeks ago and they still haven't responded. So bit the bullet and bought this, it arrived the next day and works perfectly. For all those complaining that it doesn't come with instructions, hold down the left button on your TiVo box for 10 seconds, then hold the "info" button on the remote for 6 seconds until the green led at the top flashes green twice - done! To pair with your TV, press "home", go down to "help & settings", then select "help" and scroll along the top of the screen to "program your remote" it talks you through it in easy steps. I have only had mine out of the packet for 5 minutes and it's fully set up. Saves me having to use the remote control app on my phone, which was so frustrating as it kept falling asleep, which made fast forwarding through the adverts nearly impossible. Highly recommend spending the money on this and getting a brand new remote rather than going through VM customer services and ending up with a second hand, chipped and filthy remote that's covered in grease, grime, animal fur and goodness knows what else!
