This mattress was purchased for our guest room, and it has been excellent. Our guests have commented on how comfortable and supportive it is, helping them get a good night’s sleep. It offers great quality for the price, and we’re very happy with the purchase.

We’ve had this mattress for our (now) 4-year-old since 2023. When she first started using it, it was totally fine. But it quickly lost its shape and frequently actually folds in half when you’re trying to move it to chance the bedding. The corners have rounded off so it doesn’t sit flush against the walls anymore. And mattress is only usable on one-side - meaning you can’t flip it over. Very uncomfortable whenever a grown-up tries to lay on it, and makes a cracking noise when anyone gets on or off the bed. Would only recommend for a spare room or occasional use - doesn’t stand the test of time.

Don't buy this mattress!!!! I am one often leave reviews however I felt I needed to warn the others that how bad this mattress was! Poor quality: the springs are noisy and clicky when lying on it. When you move while lying on it the whole mattress bounces. It feels like on a trampoline rather than a bed. You can feel the spring coils so it's extremely uncomfortable. The mattress sinks in if you sitting on the edge of it. I am size 12 5ft 2 lady, I cant imagine what it would be like of someone who taller and bigger than me. It provides no support what so ever. Poor customer service: I felt cheated by the company as once the you open the vacuum pack to try the mattress on the bed, you can't roll it back to fit in the box. I contacted the company to return as the quality is so bad and it's not useable. I need to arrange the return and even the mattress folded on half the return would cost £47 which is more and less the price of the mattress. So there is no option but to take the mattress to the tip! I felt the company has taken advantage of the online selling and the high cost of return. Amazon should do something to protect consumer's right.
