Cardo Unisex Adult Packtalk Helmet KIT

Always reliable, this is so good I bought an extra helmet kit for my second helmet. Not much to say, its simple to install, the Klim Krios Pro is definitely more challenging to install than it was on my Bell MX9, but after a good half hour I figured it out. The speakers aren’t super good but they do the trick. I want to try the bigger ones but they are kind of expensive so I’ll hold off for now with the small speakers, don’t expect any bass from these.

I like to ride motorcycles, listen to music, audio books, and receive spam calls while wearing gloves that don't interact with my phone. Usually in traffic. This works great, has voice commands that work, calls a random number not saved in the storage, which is really weird. Sorry Robert for calling you so often. Intercom is great, with a long range, over a mile for the slow guys in the group ride. Does kinda work with older Cardos, and does like with other manufacturers sometimes. I think it is the other guys fault. Cardo wants to, just keep getting rejected...some memories are painful...

I bought a 2nd helmet kit for 3 of my helmets. I also bought 3 of the speaker upgrade kits (45mm speakers). The kits work as good as the one that comes with the cardo (edge or pro). The hardest part to figure out is to put the speakers where your ears are in the helmet. If the speakers are not directly on your ears you lose a lot of the sound. If you have a lot of wind noise in your helmet you have to make sure the mic is mounted directly in front of your mouth for the voice commands to work. The 2nd helmet kit works with Edge or Pro. If I buy more helmets I will be getting more of these kits with the speaker upgrade kit.

I am unableble to wear a headset band and this solves the headache problem. My only complaint is the microphone cord is so short and there isn't an extension piece for it unless you know how to cut and solder connections. If there was an adapter it would be so much better
