Origins GinZing Energy-Boosting Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 40 | Hydrates & Perfects | Skin Tint with Caffeine and Ginseng, 1.7 Fl Oz

I have tried so many tinted moisturizing sunscreens and this is THE BEST I’ve ever found! It goes on smooth, blends with my skin tone and whenever I wear it (which is almost always now) I receive compliments on how pretty I look - even FROM MY DAUGHTERS! The first time I tried it on, I just wanted to see how it worked, slathered it on my face (I’ve learned since then that it only takes a little), then went about my stay-at-home cleaning day. One of my daughters dropped by and said, “What have you done Mom? Did you get ‘some treatments’ done? You look beautiful!” I’d forgotten I had this on my face (it’s so lightweight - and I usually can’t wear anything on my skin without wanting it off almost immediately) - and I told her I hadn’t done anything. Really I was puzzled until later that night when I looked in the mirror. My SKIN DID LOOK FANTASTIC, and I then I remembered I’d tried this on much earlier. What a great surprise! So thinking it must have been a fluke - maybe due the combinations of serums and moisturizers I used before I tried this or perhaps I had awakened with glowing skin (this hasn’t happened in 30 years) that I had to try it again. Same INCREDIBLE RESULTS! And it didn’t matter what combination of serums or moisturizers I used beforehand - it made my skin LOOK RADIANT ALL DAY! I just want to say that I have not tried it without moisturizers (even though it is a moisturizer) because my skin is so very dry, and I’m very happy with the results that I just consider the fact that this is a moisturizer as a bonus. I don’t want to say this but I will🤞: I’ll never use a tinted sunscreen other than ORIGINS GINZENG SPF 40 TINTED MOISTURIZER again ever! The reason I didn’t want to say that is whenever I’ve found a product I love and leave a review similar to this saying, “I’ll use the product forever”, the product gets discontinued for some absurd reason - and I’m scared this might suffer the same fate. I really don’t want to have to go without this - it’s THAT GOOD! For example, two of my favorite products Lavera hydro-lift firming serum that they had carried for years, but was expensive, was discontinued after I’d been using it for over 3 years, and the other is Chantal’s Ethocyn. These were products that made a huge NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE in the texture and appearance of my skin. And they are no longer available. So I really hope Origins moisturizing sunscreen stays available forever! Look at the photo below to see all of the various tinted moisturizing sunscreens or SPF foundations I’ve tried just within the last 6 months. BTW no foundation with or without an SPF has ever worked for me. Products I’ve tried and don’t use get discarded at least once a year and why I keep them so long - I really don’t know - unless I’m hoping they’ll magically start working in the future? Probably it’s because I’ve spent so much money on them, that I hate to just toss them out. So if you are looking for a strong SPF product, that provides excellent coverage - but is so lightweight you’ll forget you’re wearing it, looks invisable, but leaves your skin radiant and beautiful, I highly recommend ORIGINS GINSENG SPF 40 TINTED MOISTURIZER!

I absolutely love this. I need an spf during the day because of my skincare regimen, but I also like to keep it quick and easy in the morning. This functions so well as daytime easy makeup because it’s definitely got some coverage (a bit more than Cerave). It’s far too expensive without being on sale, but I figured I was killing 2 birds with one stone in skipping foundation during my daytime routine. It didn’t pill on top of my moisturizer and applied nicely with hands or a brush. That said, I have middle age combination skin, and use light moisturizer and give it some time to absorb well if I’m going to be wearing this because I don’t want it to get greasy. It’s got a little bit of a glow/shine like all tinted spf, but does well with a little powder on top if you want to tone that down. It doesn’t oxidize, and the color was really nice on my skin tone. A little goes a long way with this one, and even though you’re supposed to be more heavy handed when it comes to spf, you won’t need to. Keeping it real… if you’re on a budget, get the Cerave one- can’t beat it and it works great. If you want to splurge and smell like you’re in a spa in the morning and want a little bit more makeup coverage, get this one.

I’ve been using this product for a couple of years now. I am in my mid 40’s with a light complexion. I use this in place of foundation. It gives great coverage, feels lightweight, and matches to my skin tone perfectly. It blends in easily with just my fingers and lasts all day.

I bought this on a whim at a department store. That was well over a year ago. It takes very little and it has surprisingly good coverage as well as a high spf. It leaves my sling feeling moisturized and I do not have to add a layer of foundation over it. It's kind of been a life saver. It goes on very light but very quickly changes into a tint that matches your skin tone and adds coverage.

I love this product for pool days where I don’t want to wear makeup but want a light coverage with sun protection. The color matches well to my natural skin tone and isn’t heavy. My only issue is that if I sweat too much or my face gets wet then it starts to irritate my eyes.

I am an avid skincare addict. In my opinion this a great tinted moisturizer. Shade 2 blends into my skin perfectly, and looks as though I’m wearing foundation. Will buy again definitely!

Really love this product. It’s lightweight, really easy to apply and gives nice coverage. Doesn’t set in wrinkles at all and gives an overall even glow. I was using Drnrlgy’s tinted moisturizer, which is nice, but prefer this one.

I ordered this after seeing it advertised on Facebook. I do not like to have much coverage but do like a little bit of attention to even out my complexion. This was perfect for that. I love that it goes on white, but then turns the shade that you need for your complexion it does have a citrusy smell so that bothers you then maybe skip this

Having previously used shade 2, I purchased the new shade 1 heading into winter (I'm quite pale). I wouldn't but it again - whereas the previous one had a nice hint of colour, although occasionally a little orange, this does nothing- just makes my skin look shiny.

This is my favourite moisturiser! Yes it’s a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. It starts like a white cream, then when you start rubbing it in it blends to the colour of your skin. It gives a lovely glow without being too obvious that you’ve got make up on, it’s perfect for the summer too, with spf. It absorbs well, a little goes a long way. It’s quite moisturising, there’s no need for extra creams. I will definitely replace once it’s all gone. I use it nearly everyday and I’ve had it for 3 months now. It is also odourless. A must have!
