Didn't charge fast, or through a case! Didn't charge if phone placed longways on the pad, only side by side mode, slowly. Used Samsung Super Fast Charger 2.0. Not recommended! I had mixed results with this product until We purchased a new 65w charger block to put in front of it. We had other high output usb-c chargers for PC and Nin Switch which sort of worked but once we put the latest tech usb-c power supply in front it really performed as hoped. For the most part the bigger rectangle usb-a charger blocks are limited to 18w and the device doesn’t work well or at all with them. It was probably a mistake for the manufacturer to include that type of cord at all cord since many people don’t understand the electrical principals at work (or finding a high enough input for the dual pads to work well).

I love these are actually a fast charge pad and that you have two options you can charge two things at the same time. Also it introduced my family to wireless charging and they love it

This does not work consistently. Only occasionally charges if phone is it put exactly in right place (other chargers are much better at this) Note that you need to buy a decent power adaptor to plug this in to - so add that in to the expected cost. The 40w output is actually 2 x 20W so not as powerful as the headline suggests. I have returned mine.
