Are the 2000 ml bag reusables?

Our physician and the guidelines online tell us to change to a new drainage bag each week. The night bag we change about every 2 weeks. We try to wash them with a weak vinegar solution twice a week. I do not know how to answer your question, if it is "reusable". I just know that my partner saw an increase UTIs when he was not changing it every week.
