These are a wall saver! We’ve had gates in the house on and off for years between having grandkids and dogs in the house. This is the first time I’ve ever used these, and I’m so glad that I bought them because they protect the doorframes and walls from being damaged with the pressure the gates put on them. Great value and very durable.

Must have for anyone putting a baby gate to block off a bigger area and gate is pressure mounted!

These work great in our home. I’ve had them up for over six months because writing this review and they haven’t budged on our wall…even with our daughter who stands on the gate attached to them. Very sturdy and functional. Bonus points you won’t have to drill holes into your wall!

The gates wld pop out the wall b4 i got these we have cane corsos or italian mastiffs 3 of them and u have to seperate them at times cuz theyre 140 and 160 pound beasts tht like playing hard lol they can jump on a gate w their size and flip em easy but we got these things and theyre awesome i didnt thijk i was able to get the gate inside of them but we got em w help of crow bar lol theyre amazin

I have a 70lb Bouvier des Flandres & a 105lb Giant Schnauzer who we have a baby gate up in the hallway to keep my daughter's cat separated from being eaten by the dogs. The 70lb Bouv isn't interested in the cat being in his house so he frequently will push the gate along the wall since I only have it installed with tension.The positives are...- It does not damage my wall even with a lot of tension (yay).- It stays put with normal use!- It is easy to install.- These ones are much smaller than the normal ones.The somewhat? negatives are below, but are unique to my situation.- It does not stay put without being installed into a stud. If I installed these into the sheetrock I am 100% sure I would have nails drug through my walls from my dog hitting the gate when he tries to get the cat.- I'm not sure I could install these smaller ones into studs and have them stay put, but I may try eventually.- These ones don't seem to stay put as well as the larger/normal size wall nannys. I used to have a set that went to one of my kids' houses and I replaced my set with these smaller ones.

Does what it says. I wish i saw these before my gate hardware pulled paint off the wall.I bought a second set because one gare was on wood and i didnt want to scratch the wood.

Bought these for use with our Carlson pet gates to protect the walls in our rental home. They fit perfectly on the mounting supports for the gate, and keep the wall from being damaged. The back side is grippy enough that once the mounting supports were properly adjusteven my husband couldn't knock the gate over or make it move. Easy to use and does exactly what they are supposed to.
