PAVOI Dainty Flat Back Earrings for Women, 14K Gold Plated CZ Stud Piercing

These earrings are so cute! Smaller than I thought but I still love them. The flat back is amazing, I sleep on my side and normally it hurts but the flat backs make it so much more comfortable. Its so worth the money!

Really like these easing they don’t irritate my ears. The backing of both did come off even though they are screw on backings.

I've been wearing these for 2 months straight (including in the shower) and have had no issues with discoloration or falling out. I do make sure to tighten them now and again in case the threading comes a little loose. They were a little difficult to put in for the first time because of how dainty they are but stay in once they are in. They are comfortable to sleep in too! Would recommend.

I’ve had my new earring in my cartilage for over a week now and it’s so much better than a regular earring back that usually hurts to sleep in. This one is very comfortable and was great for the price. I’ve worn it everyday and haven’t taken it out for the shower, pool or sleeping. I can’t wait to buy more!

High quality like all Pavoi jewelry, I’ve purchased many pieces from them. These are perfect for second/3rd hole piercings and cartilage. Very dainty. However, I wish I would have checked the diameters of the stones a little more closely because they are VERY tiny, but I still really like them. Also, the post is VERY LONG. I also really struggled with being able to get such a small earring screwed into the flat back. It was difficult to get a good enough grip to get it screwed in properly. I eventually gave up and just used some traditional backs that I had from another pair of Pavoi earrings and luckily it fit on. This also solved the issue of the posts being too long, I was able to tighten them against the ear. So if you are having issue with post length, try using regular earring backs. Love Pavoi and will buy more of their products, but will probably stick to the traditional backs and not the flat screw ons.

Love these flat backs! I prefer small simple jewelry that I don’t have to change out daily. These earrings are just enough little sparkle and I love them for my double piercings to not feel too overwhelming. This brand also has great quality for a very good price! These have not tarnished and I have been wearing them for months. I only take them off to clean them every few weeks. I will continue to buy from this brand!

I’ve ordered several items from this brand and have been happy with all of them. I ordered these tiny studs hoping they would work for my second piercing, when not much has worked in decades. One of my ears gets really irritated no matter the earring. The metal on these and the flat backs made them really comfortable on my ears. I used with Neosporin a couple days, and now I have my second piercing back! The flat backs are perfect for sleeping and every day wear and feel super secure. They were really tough to screw on and took a while, but overall it was worth it!

I love these! As most millennials who went through an emo phase, you might’ve gauged your ears and your piercing never went back to normal. I also just have tiny earlobes so finding earrings that look ok is a feat. These don’t come out of the hole unlike other earrings I’ve tried. The flat back really does it for me! Not to mention the design is very cute. I pierced holes in my other ear recently and actually used these a couple days after and they have caused no irritation, good for sensitivity and the value cannot be beat! They haven’t lost their gold color either after multiple showers. I will definitely purchase more designs :)
