Amazing highly recommended, omo not available in dubai thus using Bessill multi surface cleaner. Go for ultra if available however plus is also ok.

This thing is amazing!! We no longer vaccume/mop in the house since we bought this bot! Its so advanced and i say its a must have in every house.

Very useful and it does effective cleaning

This is a robot vaccum that is almost perfect. If i could mark it 4.5 stars, i would. I am reducing half a star because it still tangles a lot of hair in its main brush and forgets or messes up the maps every fortnight. However, that said, the mopping and the vacumming results of this robot are superlative, it vaccums cleanly, avoids obstacles like a pro and auto empties itself. Did you know that this auto empty bin does not require disposable bags. You can chose not to put bags and have the dust emptied through the cyclone into the bin directly.In a busy household like mine with a small kid, it is helpful because at times the vacuum picks up items that we would like to retrieve, and would not have been able to had it been a dust bag which is sealed. I also have a pet that sheds a lot, and one of my main worries while buying this was the question if this would be able to remove the hair and how many days collection will the bin hold. Well initially i was emptying it every week, but now its been over three weeks and the vaccum still empties itself quite well.I also live in a multi storeyed apartment and the robot automatically recognizes the floor and does a good job. Overall very happy with the purchase. The only question is the longetivitiy and the niggles with the maps. Other than that it truly deserves 5 stars!!

After only 6 months of use the robot stopped charging. Nobody to contact for warantee repair and amazon refuses to help. Beware with this brand as there is no support incase it breaks

After a year of usage I would like to say that we have had only 2 problems -1) sometimes there is some trouble to come to dock for charging - it has several tries, annoying, sometime the amount of tries is significant.(and of cause we dont move the station at all and dont have pets/kids who can do it ocasionally)2) The second problem is that it seems to me that the quality of cleaning becomes lower, but may be it is because expectation becomes higher) the quality is not like you do everything with your hands, but still ok. may be it is better now to buy version with automatic water add and clean the mope... but it is twice expensive.

Roborock machine had technical failure in the first month of usage and i returned since this falled under warrenty however the extended warrenty payment which i paid for and never used it was not refunded and my appeal request to refund my money was rejected!
