You can plan everything, but you can't plan with whom and when you'll fall in love, isn't it? Aishwarya, at twenty-eight years, would rather be a single mother than trust the 'normal' family structure. In her new start-up, she wants to revolutionize childcare for young woman professionals-this is her ultimate goal. Plus, she's in a hurry to do it all. On her mind is the ambitious and good-looking Akshay, perfect genetic material, but he's not ready to be part of her plans. Yet. In comes Dhiren, who has made and lost his money in cryptocurrency. He takes up the first floor of Aishwarya's nursery building and, by a queer coincidence, begins to work for her. Her friends Smriti and Vinny, as protective as mother hens, warn her against Dhiren. There is something that he's hiding along with his friend Neeraj-they just don't know what. Things begin to take shape but really, it's just the beginning of a disaster. The only thing that can save them is what they don't want-love. Crazy, quirky and so utterly romantic, this book is the ultimate relationship roller coaster! Review: Emotional, Bold, and Truly Different - This book surprised me in the best way. It’s not your typical love story—it’s deeper, braver, and full of raw emotion. It talks about self-worth, choices, and the kind of pain that quietly shapes people. What stood out the most is how the story explores identity and inner struggles, especially around mental health and past trauma. The writing is simple but powerful, and the emotions feel real—not forced or overly dramatic. The story takes time to show how people grow, how they heal, and how relationships can be messy but meaningful. There are moments of hurt, hope, and courage that really stay with you. What I also liked was how honest the book is. It doesn’t try to make everything perfect. It shows how sometimes, love isn’t just about grand gestures—it’s about understanding, acceptance, and choosing to stay when things get hard. If you're looking for something emotional, thoughtful, and a little different from the usual romance, this one is definitely worth reading. Review: Reader friendly - It's really good for beginners who are learning to read

At one point, the book will be Aishwarya and you will be Dhiren! Too enraptured to move!
The excitement to read this novel after the recent reel collab between Ravinder & Durjoy was some other level. While Ravin is an advocate of love, DD believes Love is an illusion created by the writers. However, when you start diving in this one and by the time you reach the end, one thing that was clear to me was that Love breeds hope in unrealistic ways and that hope somewhere has the power to make the impossible, possible! As is essential for me, I am attached to the most broken character of the story who takes the onus of everything bad upon himself/herself forgetting that there is a difference between what we did and what we could have done! Anyhow!! What I Am With You - as promises - is an ultimate relationship roller coaster! Crazy, quirky and yet relatable to the hearts like me in unimaginable ways! From friendship to family to fanship to relationship, the book unveils various layers and makes honest comparisons between real world and fiction world which we often can relate to. The post breakup part is something everyone who has loved will understand - the anger yet the desire to be with them, to see them once more. As relatable and as realistic as this could get (for me), this book was something that fueled my dreams and strengthened my belief that no matter what - (a) Kisi cheez ko shiddat se chaaho to saari kaaynaat use tumse milaane ki koshish me lg jaati hai - If you believe in your dream, there will be ups & downs, but you will achieve that dream (b) Someone, somewhere is made for us - Even if we don't believe it now, we don't want them now but at the right time, things will fall in place! And you will fall in love! ❤️ The book won't disappoint you except where I love you is still not said despite the intense confession! I wanted it to hear back. P.S. : Shah Rukh Khan's reference was necessary coz why not? When the book has a reference, then I am an ardent fan! I have to talk about him! 👻 P.S 2 : That reel I talked about.. well, the book may help you give some insight as to which side you feel you can choose! Have a great read!

Personal rating 9.9/10
First of all when I saw the video about what Aishwarya thinks about romance I thought this book won't be the Durjoy Datta thing that I like the most. I thought Aishwarya would be someone who hate boys kinda that wish I could tell you thing but After I read the book I was like " It's amazing" to be honest I love this book. It has a unique story with great character and every emotion. And it made me realise that I want a friend like Neeraj too . Sorry to say this but I didn't like Aishwarya that much . I know she went through a lot . Every dream of her's was crushed but Dhiren wasn't responsible for that so what did to Dhiren didn't like that but the thing that matters the most is that they are together. Thanks for writing this wonderful novel for us. It was so lively that I can feel a connection with the characters it feels like real.

Okkkish….
The story keeps you engaged and pissed at the same time… Why girls in Durjoy’s stories are always confused… loves a guy, live with another… I can’t relate… Are the girls really like this and I am an exception, coz I find it so irritating…

A roller coaster ride
My captions says it all. I had picked this book thinking another sweet eye fluttering , heart melting romance novel I am going to read on my long weekend cuddled in my warm bed! But I was in for a big surprise. It felt I was sitting on a ride all strapped up prepared for the fall. I was totally wrong the fall jolted me keeping me to the edge. It made me feel mushy, hurt, angry and frustrated. At one point I was so frustrated I wanted to throw it against the wall and never look at it . But for such an effort I needed to snap out of the pages , I was hypnotised. I reveled in the bond of friendship portrayed. A book which invokes so many emotions deserves full marks. The writing style is so honest and to the point it makes your head reel. Another mater stroke was to use the magic word “Cricket”. A country mesmerised with cricket , including it in the story was brilliant, but the brilliance doesn’t end here it’s not the men’s cricket we are talking but the women’s cricket. Mr. Dutta is luring his female followers with not just romance but with cricket too!! This is the first book I have read by Mr. Durjoy Dutta . What more can I say I wasn’t disappointed. He is now my new favourite romance novel writer. A weekend well spent: 5 stars to you for the cute autographed note I found in the book. And on a lighter note my vocabulary on Hindi abuses also got polished and enriched 😉
