Fits jacket and pants well.
Have thankfully not put to the real test. But sure have helped with the heat. Looking forward to the true test of July in Texas.

Good!
I put these in a pair of ugly bros. jeans. The pads that came with these jeans were ridiculously thick and uncomfortable. These are a lot thinner and more comfortable. Thankfully I haven’t crash tested them yet. I’m trusting in the ce rating.

SUPER comfortable
Bought these the other day and updated back pads (separate purchase), knee and added hip pads to the pockets. On the hips: Pockets were too small for the shoulder size so.. I just used scissors and cut them down. Fit great. On the knees: They do not. Come with a Velcro area or Velcro patch. So: I used some 3M patchs that I got off here. I turned the backing out for the fabric side, and gently used a razor to cut a shape out of the fabric side. I then ripped that part off, and then stickied the Velcro to the plastic underneath, rather than the fabric. Worked great. Bottom line: DIY is your friend, but they make great products. Just sometimes a one size fits all model.. simply doesn't.

Ok, but not flexible for knees or elbows, maybe shoulders
I have the ventilated Phantom and regular SAS-TEC level 2 pads. I was hoping they were thin, flexible and cooler for summer riding. They are thin, and cooler. But, the flexibility is only in one direction or the other, not both at the same time. So for knees, they move around and don't flex enough to be comfortable or wrap around. Same issues with elbows. A standard D30 level 2 pad is far better and remains more flexible at colder temps than these do. They will work for hips, and maybe shoulders.

Very slim
I use these for hip protection under my bicycling tights, by threading a long shoelace through both of them, and then tying it in the front where you would fasten a belt buckle. The string keeps them from falling down even though I'm not wearing a garmet that has custom pockets to hold them in place. Before I got these, I was using pieces of packing foam or cut-up workmens' knee protection pads, wedged into the sides of my tights. Those items moved around a bit too much during the ride, and looked a bit weird. These things are so slim that it's hard to believe that they are effective. Yet they carry a European Union impact safety rating (EN 1621-1: 2012. Motorcyclists' limb joint impact protectors). Other riders don't seem to notice that I'm wearing them.

Very compact armor
I bought these to replace the armor that came with my "riding shirt". This riding shirt looks like a regular flannel shirt/jacket but it is kevlar lined with armor pockets. I didn't want it to look bulky and feel heavy so I replaced the original armor them with the Phantom Tripleflex armor and wow did it make a difference! It doesn't feel or look like I have armor in. What is great is that the armor that came with my riding shirt was CE Level 1 but these are CE Level two and much more compact. I also like the feature of them being ventilated so I get more airflow. Hopefully I will never get to experience using these while on a ride if you know what I mean.

Great for Jacket armor
Definitely an upgrade in comfort and CE rating for my riding jacket, very happy in the comfort. These are pretty large and the small ones are too big to fit pant hip pocket of my riding jeans without a little cutting which isn’t a big deal just something to note.

Fortunately I haven't tested them
Thin, light weight, easy to place level 2 protection. Fortunately I haven't tested them
