NY Threads Men's Robe Cotton Blend Knit Bathrobe

My son had a hernia surgery. This robe turned out to be the best clothing he needed in the hospital and during recovery. I am impressed with the quality at such an affordable price. It is well made, cotton blend, good thickness, great design and color. He is 135lbs and size Small fits perfectly. It really looks like an expensive robe. He says it is quite comfortable too. Even though we chose it for a medical purpose, it can be worn regularly too when comfort is needed.

This robe is okay. One of the better ones I've tried so far. I wanted one made by LL Bean, but it's on back order until the end of January. So I ordered this at a discount to get me by. It's pretty highly touted by independent reviewers, and it does have a lot going for it. It's a lightweight robe, which is exactly what I'm looking for. I live in PHoenix, and it doesn't get that cold here. I just want something to take the edge off the cold in the early mornings, and this robe does that well. It's also very comfortable above the waist. There are a lot of minor issues, though. I'm 5'10" and weigh about 180 lbs. I ordered a large. I wish I would have sized up. The robe fits, but it fits awkwardly. It only goes down to my knees, and the bottom won't close all the way. The tie loops are also too high as well. The result is that it looks really bad when I'm wearing it. I think if I had gotten an XL, these issues would be far less prominent. This will get me by for a couple of months until the robe I really want arrives.

Affordable. Super Soft and comfortable. Not too heavy and not too light - I guess that means it's just right in my book. I can easily recommend this to others.
