I usually eat two every day for the fiber content, which for two is 14 grams of fiber for only 140 calories - that's better than chia seeds! One a day could fit into a keto diet without too much trouble I'd think (6 grams of net carbs each). I buy these things like 4x 18-packs at a time.

Love the taste of these brownies and they are a healthy treat, too

Firstly: the taste is very good. Secondly: the size is *very* small. When I bought these I thought the calories seemed lower than they used to be, but didn't really think about it too much until I pulled one out of the package, and it seemed much smaller than it used to be. I opened it, and confirmed that it seemed awfully small. I ate it, and had to deliberately try to stretch it out to four bites when I remembered that it used to be easily 5 or 6. My partner also commented that it seemed a lot smaller than before. I remembered that I'd used one of their old boxes to store something, and confirmed: The calories used to be 90. Given that it tasted the same, I'm guessing they shaved more than 20% (1/5) off the size and then briefly marketed it as "Same great taste, now lower calorie!" or some such. I'm currently very low appetite, and one slice of toast is often all I can manage at a time. These things are so small they have basically no impact whatsoever on how hungry I am. So if I ever need to specifically up my calories because I'm losing too much weight, I might buy these again. Until that happens, naw.

I got these as a gift for a friend who just got a diabetic diagnosis. They're so delicious and have a good fiber content as well to help reduce the carb content. They're a good healthy snack for people who need more fiber, on keto, or diabetic. They're not dry and crumbley, and have a good moist texture. I'm definitely going to be getting more just for myself because they're so good and an easy, sweet snack.

It’s nice and fudgy and chewy, somehow doesn’t keep me full though. In the ninja creami it’s not great as a mix in since the brownie part is pulverised but the chocolate chips in the brownies harden so that comes through more. Very nice snack for 70kcals though.
