I just do both time with soap and use different kinds of soaps for each step. **Q: I exercise every day, will it have an effect if I use african exfoliating net every day?** A: african exfoliating net texture is rough, I do not recommend you to use it every day, you can use it twice a week. **Q: Is this gentle enough to use on your face?** A: our african exfoliating net is made of high quality nylon material with rough texture, it can effectively exfoliate, if you want to use it on your face, you need to use a gentle force. **Q: Can you use it directly after purchase?** A: we recommend that you soak in hot water for 15 minutes before using. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great sponges! *by D***N on 21 October 2025* great sponges, very good at exfoliating, very large and stretch a lot too! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it *by D***E on 13 December 2023* Really nice worth the price ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice but... *by A***A on 13 October 2024* ...Not convinced they're the real deal.
