I've been using this product for about a month now and not only does it taste delicious, but it also gives me a great boost to my energy in order to complete my workouts after working all day. The recommendation is to use a full scoop, but I personally only use a half scoop because my workout regime isn't super intensive and it minimizes the tingling/itching effect in my hands. It's helped change my relationship with working out recently because I finally feel motivated and energized enough to do them. Definitely recommend.

I have been using this work out supplement for 10 years and I keeps working. Focus and pump are great at the gym. The tingly feeling your arms and body get if you aren’t pushing hard enough. It has a very similar fake flavor to almost anything you would get on the market but in no way is it bad. Until this stops working for me I will continue to use it because I think it’s an excellent product.

I love this product! Been using it for months and it does give me a preworkout boost without the jitters or nausea. The flavor is good. My favorite is the fruit punch, it tastes just like it. It also suppresses my appetite after my workout and gives a energy throughout the morning until lunch (I workout really early). I highly recommend.

I LOVE this preworkout, the flavor is fantastic and mixes super well with water. Definitely note that you may get that “tingly feeling” from preworkouts but it’s not a bad feeling and less significant with the “Ripped” C4 than the normal C4 preworkout I’ve tried (which I also liked but I think it made me retain more water, this one absolutely helps me feel more lean). It does claim to add in weight loss, and I’m not sure I can attribute it all to this product because I have been watching my portion sizes more, but in the last month I’ve taken this consistently and I’ve lost about 7 pounds and several inches all over my body! I no longer need coffee or caffeinated tea on the mornings I take this product before a workout. I will definitely continue to reorder it!

This is the best tasting pre work out powder I’ve ever had. It tastes exactly like raspberry lemonade and that makes me happy! I can definitely feel it working and get a little bit of tingling but no jitters or crazy racing heart like some other products I’ve tried before. This is the best bang for your buck and I will definitely be buying again when I need more!

Absolutely love this flavor. Don't normally do C4 as I had been taking Nitraflex and other prewprkouts but the fact that this was a thermogenic preworkout of its kind, I wanted to try it out with a fat burner since I was getting ready for my friend's wedding. I absolutely love the flavors and will say they are the best of the C4 family. Raspberry lemonade is so good! I will never get sick of it. I also like that it's creative free so there's no bloat whatsoever, it's light on the caffeine side so I am able to take fat burners with it. The site recommended me to take Cellucor's HD Fire with it so I decided to try them both together. So far I love the stack and I love how well they compliment each other.
