DEFECTIVE piece straight out of the box.
I had a very important meeting & wanted some print outs immediately. They sent me a defective piece. Brand new cartridge that I bought and paid 600 for & as soon as I installed it in the printer it showed 0 ink. I thought maybe my printer is faulty. I called the printer guy the next day, who checked & then said that the cartridge has no ink, I was shocked because I had just bought it off of Amazon. This is the worst experience & I am truly disappointed. 600 Rs gone to waste. It is my hard earned money. Totally unbelievable a BRAND NEW cartridge straight out of the box was defective. They make us fools here.
