Not expansive and works fine
Bought as a second panel for my small workshop/shed. This has now been running for 48 hours and seems fine to me. Gives out a similar amount of heat to another similarly sized panel from another supplier. Good for small areas. Cheap to run too if the information is correct.👍

Works great
I placed it just above my monitor. Heats my workspace and keeps me warm. You can see my thermostat on desk is reading 21c. Outside temp is 9c when that reading taken. The 180w won't travel much further beyond my workspace but thats all I need. Costs me about 5c snd hour to run and I don't need to turn on any other heating in room. I find on cold morning just need to turn on main heating in room for boost and then panel is sufficient to keep temperature comfortable after that around my desk area. If you want the heat to travel further then need to go up to the stronger wattage options. This is not like an normal convection heater its infrared rays that heat you and objects but not space i.e air just like the sun heats earth and you and does not heat space. Drops a star as no stand supplied and needs to be bought as an extra. It has screws to be bolted to a wall. Can't really be put on ceiling as power cord thick and only 2m long

Robust, efficient, easy to use, mobile
Excellent quality & value for moneyEnergy efficient for small rooms ie. CaravanSpace saving as can be mounted in many ways eg. On walls or by purchasing additional stands. It is not unsightly as it is just a clear white panel making its appearance aesthetically pleasing. There is no temperature control but I think a thermostat can be bought separately to control its use thus making it even more efficient.I must say I bumped & dropped mine a few times without any issues to the item at all so that’s why I give 5 stars as it’s robust enough to withstand such clumsiness.

Flimsy
I bought this as a bit of an experiment having not tried infrared heating before. Of course it is the wrong time of year to really test the heating efficiency but I switched it on just to make sure it worked. I could feel some heat but I could not say it was a real test. The reason I describe this unit as flimsy is that it is fitted to the wall /ceiling by sliding the thing on to two screws. The metal is incredibly thin. I had intended to fit it to the ceiling of a shed but I did not like to risk it falling. The generic instructions indicate there should be four screws, on in each corner but there appeared to be no way of doing that, perhaps because it was a small unit. I shall see how this works come the winter but at present I am a bit pessamistic. Another minus is that there is no heat control, just on/off. A further issue with the instructions is that they say there should be 10cm behind the unit but given the method of fixing that seems impossible.

Effective and economical
I use these low watt panels for keeping farm house outbuildings frost free and very effective and cheap to run,the cats like them too.

Waste of money, material and energy.
150w version barely radiates any heat. Sure if I place my hand 5cm from the panel I tis warm, but for the use advertised, ie under a desk and a few feet from it there is nothing. A waste of money, materials and energy. I now have two holes in my wall I will have to fill!

Serious Safety Issue 180 Watt Far Infrared Heater
180 Watt Far Infrared HeaterHaving no experience of Far Infrared heaters, I purchased this to evaluate their use. Though I have not yet been able to do this, I feel I must post this review ASAP on safety grounds. As other reviewers have highlighted it comes fitted with a two pin plug, I also received a two pin to three pin adaptor. The two pin plug does have an earth connection which would be compatible with some European systems but not with UK sockets, and the supplied 2 to 3 pin adaptor has an Earth pin which together would allow you to connect and power the heater. DO NOT DO THIS.When the two pin plug and the adaptor are connected there is NO Earth Connection between the two, and it is critical that this heater is properly earthed! The manufacturer has clearly labelled the item on the metal back panel “ELECTRIC SHOCK KEEP GROUND WIRE CONNECTED”!I would strongly recommend that you have a competent person fit a 3 pin plug with a suitably rated fuse. I hope this may prevent someone having a nasty accident.Stu W

Not for a room but good for tiny area
I bought the 180w to try as a low energy option for heating a small toilet where my central heating struggles to heat. Didn't do anything. Was going to send back but thought I would try at my desk where I game and work from home.I normally use a dyson fan to heat the room but this panel gives so much heat to my legs under the desk and will save me heating the whole room unnecessarily. Was going to send back after it didn't work for a room but perfect for this application. Easily mounted, I just drove 2 screws through the gable. (Old desk so didn't care)
