Cat hair magnet
I purchased this cover in a vain attempt to stop a mattress from squeaking. Alas, it did not help with the problem I had. However, it does keep the mattress from sliding off the box. BEWARE: the fabric attracts (nay, sucks up) any loose cat hairs in the house, so if you don't have a black cat, don't buy a black-colored cover.

Not very stretchy, size up
Pros: A nice, sateen fabric that won't wrinkle. And looks more luxe than just cotton. Cons: It is NOT as stretchy as advertised. It took me awhile to get it on the bed. There were several times I thought it was going to rip. So I highly recommend sizing up. Had I thought about it prior to ordering, I would've just bought a fitted sheet to cover the box spring. That would've been a much easier install. It's on the box spring now and it looks nice.

These fit my box springs perfect. They also have straps so they stay fitted. Using 2 for my king box springs. Great for the price.

Item is roomy with some stretch. Covers box mattress for a more finished look. Purchased black, and the color is jet black. Laundered nicely.
