Does this stretch more then dragon skin?

Yes, in my opinion it is more stretchy and has the same type of feel and movement as human skin. Hope this helps:)

What is the shore hardness rating of this material?

If it is Ecoflex 00-10 then the shore hardness is 10.

Can you mix Ecoflex products for custom shore hardness; for example mixing 00-10 and 00-20 to make 00-15?

I believe you can but your best option is to buy the “slacker” which is an additive that changes the hardness of the silicone. You can add it to any shore of silicone. I add a ratio of 2:1 (2 parts eco 20 to 1 part slacker additive) however, you can customize to your liking:)

Can I mold an egg with one shore, spray it with release agent, then make a squishy egg toy with another shore?

Yes, Ease Release 200 can be used to release new silicone from cured silicone.
