At first it was hard to figure out, had Language issues. Then in some cases if you select the language Chinese showed up in the menu. BUT it worked great once that was figured out. Google translate is my friend. Moving forward I was able to use this flow meter and get it to work real easy. I would recommend this product. and watch the videos, email manufacture like I did and the response was excellent. One issue I did was get rid of the chain support and use velcro large straps. easier to work with.

The product works very well. The magnetic transducers make it easy when working ductile iron piping. When I thought I had problems, the customer service was very good. The only downside I would have is resetting the totalizer. I wish it were a button instead of a M function. I would buy again.

Delivery was faster than I expected. Product works great! Easy to use with velco straps instead of the chain straps that comes with the product when securing the sensors. What I’m most impressed in the purchase was the customer service from the manufacturer. Their response was almost immediate (within 10 minutes after I emailed them) every single time. So the meter seems to basically work. However, I purchased with the promise of being able to use the data logging feature. Well the instructions for navigating the menus, specifically regarding the data logger, do not match what the menus say. Then in the description it mentions being able to view the data when connected to a PC with software. No software included or no mention as to how to get the software other than to contact them. How????? The email returns undeliverable and a bad email. It's for a "hotmail" account that must not exist anymore. That's it , no support.

The instruction was not so intuitive that made it difficult to understand how to restart the device, but finally figured it out. After checking the flow on M01, everytime we change the location, it requires to set the details again. So M01, M24, then M01 is all we needed to push. One we figuired it out, it was very easy.
