The quality is very good

The product is outstanding a sure buy. The gap is that their is no provision for post-sales connect, like I've misplaced the base waterproof bamboo tray and I have no way where to buy it from. Please can some one help.

For the price I thought the quality would be better. The screw tops do not sit nice and straight which make them look a bit cheap and nasty

Perfect, except for not-so-great plastic pump. Gets stuck sometimes and wood ring split around base of pump. This happened on 2 of the 3 that I bought. It doesn't hinder the function of the pump. You just have to turn the split/break to the back so you don't see it.
