Nice Case
Good quality materials and fitment. I ended up blocking off most of the vents to force airflow front-to-back.

Close to a perfect case
Case is a perfect size for my SSD NAS. Needed a 2U case with 5.25 bays. I am using hot swap adapters from Icy Dock and works great. Negatives: -- Does not include the 80mm fans (not a big deal for me since I was going to replace them anyway so no additional waste) -- Top lid has the worse securing mechanism aka only 4 side screws. Would have liked a quick release mechanism like my other Silverstone case but can understand due to price but I would have at least expected thumb screws at the back. You WILL need a screwdriver to get in and out if you want your top lid to be secure. -- Power LED is way too bright. Good overall just a few minor things keep it from 5 stars.

Mounting post for rack ear pulled through the case
It's an OK case. Not the most rigid when opened up, but not bad for the price. This is my first build in 15 years and I didn't run into any major issues until putting in the last screw... As I was putting the final screw in the rack ears and the mounting post pulled through the case. I've opened a ticket with SilverStone support and will give them a chance to respond before sending it back to Amazon.

My new favorite rackmount PC chassis
My new favorite rackmount PC chassis. Solidly built and well laid out for modern PSUs, etc. Easily holds 5 drives (one a 2.5). Cable management is straightforward and far easier than my other chassis.

Misleading product information led to return
Silverstone fails to mention on their product page or in the datasheet, that rack mounting of this chassis requires an extra purchase of slide rails, which aren't supplied with the chassis. The side rails are more than $80 depending on model. The finish of the case is good and overall quality is above average. The front rack ears are provided, but they are only to attach the case to the front posts of the rack and not to hold the weight of the case in absence of rack rails. If you aren't rack mounting, then a regular case would be much cheaper and you can place it on a rack drawer.

Solid for the Money
No issues. Seems well-built without being over-built. Fits in my server cabinet fine. If you don't remove the 3.5" drive bracket, it blocks air flow from one of the two front 80mm fans. I'd recommend using an adapter or hot swap cage in the 5.25" bay for your drives to get the best air flow from this case.

Rack Mount Issue
When you buy a rack mount chassis you would expect the rack ears to fit inside your rack enclosure. The problem is with the overall width with rack ears installed being slightly over 19". I had to take approximately .020 off each rack ear for them to mount flush inside my rack. The height was fine, it screwed to the rack okay. Just the width was slightly over the 19" EIA-310 rack spec. I contacted support. The support person seemed like he didn't have a clue. Poor quality control. Other than that it's pretty good case.
