Can this be used for a 2011 mazda 3 2.5. i believe it asks for m-v fluids, which is not mercon v. is this the correct fluid?

Yes it is, i used this ATF on my Mazda 3i sport 2010 and is running like a clock, is not just 100% compatible, it is the fluid Mazda order and rebranded themselves. (Note: it can also be used as power steering fluid; never use mercon v)

Will it work for a 2006 Mazda 3?

I did use this fluid in a 07 Mazda 3 however I drained and refilled with Mazda fluid from dealer as they said it wasn't compatible.

Is this the correct atf for a mazda 3i 2010 2.0, and can i also use it for power steering? (the manual recommends m-iii or m-v for power steering)

M-V and M5 are one in the same ATF for Mazda.. M-V and M5 ATF fluid can be used for your power steering too. Additionally Idemitsu Type M ATF meets Mazda requirements. I have also used since 2011 Redline D4 in my Mazda 3S 2.5 L and Power steering.

Cam i use for 09 Mazda 6?

Look up the specifications in your owners manual on page 10-4. It depends on if you have a manual transmission or automatic transmission and what the engine size is. There are different specifications based on that information and you didn't state what kind of transmission and engine size you have.
