We love this product - I can’t stand the melatonin gummies out there and so these chewables are nice option. I love the brand and my children have no problem taking them. They take them about 30 mins before bed sometimes more than that and we dim the lights and reduce stimulation and it helps them sleep when they are so restless. They like the taste so that’s a plus.

The only problem is my kid absolutly hates the taste. I tried one myself, and it’s not the worst, but I can see why they don’t love it. If they made a better flavor, it’d be perfect.
