These wedges work well for my type of squats. They are stable and do not slip. You can adjust the height by removing or adding wedges, they come in three pieces. As other reviewers have mentioned, they do smell strongly of rubber tire when you first remove them from the package. I let them sit out overnight and the smell went away. These are a nice, inexpensive alternative to using weight plates or pieces of wood to raise your heels up.

Ok, these absolutely smell like they're made from old recycled tire rubber. They're gonna hang out in garage for a few days. However, they feel really good under my feet and that matters because I don't wear shoes in the house and that's where I'm using these. I'm working on being able to stand up from sitting in the floor without fighting for my life to get up but if you wanted to, I'm sure you could take them to the gym and completely rework your squat game. I don't know if there's an official weight limit but I doubt anybody unwilling to invest in shoes specifically for squats would need them to hold more than what ordinary people would need them to hold. They're nice!

This is a simple solution to people like me who like to do deep back squats but cannot avoid the dreaded "butt wink" at the bottom of a deep squat. I thought my squat form was better than it actually was until I did a video of my squats from the side and there it was, the butt wink at the bottom. I did lots of stretching and mobility work to try to eliminate the problem, but until I added these wedges, the wink remained. I am not a powerlifter, so I did not invest in squat shoes, which accomplish the same thing. Unlike squat shoes, however, the use of these wedges offers three height options by simply adding or removing one of the interlocking wedges. They are very stabile and do not slip at all.An inexpensive and simple solution to my deep squat issue.

I like that they are stackable and moveable. Work well with Squats and toe lifts and your feet don't slip. I would highly recommend.

It smells bad like chemical farts, but they are effective and dense.That said, it's 6 stackable wedges. They are nice and dense and work well for weighted squats, calf raises, etc. There is good grip and wedges are usable and stackable.

Great for stretching my calves and Achilles. Love the different height levels.

Heavy duty blocks. Easy to use. Solid fit. They don't skid and they really have helped my squat/calf raise technique. My legs are stronger and I have gained flexibility. They are a major workout asset. The massive downside is the smell. It's like durian met a landfill and stank up the entire room. They even smell through a plastic bag! I keep them outside as much as possible but the blocks still strongly stink after two months. I am hoping washing them in dish soap and peppermint castile will help because I like them very much.

I'm 63 year old female weighing 122 pounds and these were an inexpensive alternative to some other really expensive equipment. I love that I can transport them to the gym since my gym doesn't have a slant board. They work great and should last a long time.

Wedges themselves are great because they have enough weight that they don’t slide around like other brands. However this weight means that the drawstring bag they come in is broken and cannot be fastened closed

Bought these as a gift for our son in law- he says they do the job he needs them to do.

Met expectations, used by both myself just over 5ft and hubby over 6ft and twice my size without any issues.

These are quality, I use them for squats, standing calf raises, toes up RDL’s and a few other things in the gym. Initially I was worried how stable they would be and how long they would last because I’m a large man; I weigh almost 300lbs and have size 15 shoes but I was pleased to find that these work great and give you a lot of flexibility with the ability to add or remove a layer. I was previously using a plate to give myself the elevation I needed but found that it really hurt my feet when I went heavy, these are so much more comfortable and easy on the feet. I’ve had them for a few months now and they have held up great through constant use. If these ever wear out I would definitely buy again.
