Excellent product w zero side effects
Works better for me than some of the popular brands that cost much more. Doesn’t stop working after a few days like others. Lets me get focused and get things done. I know if I forgot to take it because I can’t stay on task. Absolutely recommend if you have ADD/ADHD.

ADHD Focus
Works really well! I'm relatively young but have issues with recall and occasional short term memory, which can be a major hindrance while I'm in school. Cycling these in every few months with ALCAR helps me focus in class even without other adhd interventions. After stopping these for a couple of weeks I do feel a difference, so I know it has a significant effect on my cognition. I especially like that they use veggie capsules with no fillers. The size may be a little large for some, although I don't typically have an issue swallowing them.

Terrible product. Waste of money, for sure
If you buy this product, you need to open the capsules and make sure the product isn't wet with yellow spots. I opened a couple of them, and not only are they wet, but the dosing is all over the place. For the listed dosing to be correct, there should be 800mg in each capsule. There was 500mg or less in the ones I opened. This product was very disappointing.

No lab testing of product
There is no 3rd party testing to confirm ingredients and manufacturing conditions. There was also a recall because an independent lab found unlisted caffeine in the product. The addition of this hidden ingredient would mimic what the effects of alpha gov would provide

I don't have to choose between the two anymore
I was going back and forth between Alpha GPC and Citicholine, reading about which was better, and experimenting until I accidentally ran across this. Now I can get both and I feel there really is a difference when both are taken. It took a few weeks but I started noticing little things such as not having to think as hard to get my thoughts out. I recommend!
