Apple iPad 9.7 with WiFi, 128GB- Space Gray (2017 Model) - (Renewed)

I was so anxious to receive this and leave a review because I was so scared to order this cuz there’s a lot of bad reviews but I took a chance ordered it 9am and received it by 6pm same day ... tht impressed me thn the boxing was secured and intact. The tablet is beautiful looks like it’s brand new NO cracks NO scratches NO dents and setup was easy and quick with NO problems My fingerprint set up everything. I’m able to text and make phone calls wit WiFi. It’s very light than the Ipad2 I had and I’m happy and in luv wit my purchase I plan to order more for bac to school for my kids. I was so scared I saved the box it came in juz in case I had to send it bac. Don’t hesitate like I did I’ve bn putting off purchasing this item but I’m glad I did

It charged up very nicely and it holds a charge like new. It was rated excellent for refurbished and I hope it lasts. Some review are very mediocre. I just bought another one, didn't notice till after that was rated good.I hope it performs like the one I just bought, but I have an excellent item to compare it to...so my eyes and ears will be on full alert. I should add it was by another sell, but fr whats its worth its certified by Amazon. Battery is a huge thing to check when received. So I fully charge and let it site on for 24+ hours to check the draw, if any and go from there. AS a seasoned buyer I have learned that all sellers lie!

I was very impressed by the quality that this was put together. I will, however, say that the voice to text is a little delayed and some of the apps from my app won’t connect with my notes on my iPad, but anyway, this is Great, I am going to keep testing it to see what I think for what I need it for and will say kudos to you for having this department to do this😁

Received our newish iPad today and it works flawlessly. Battery is great and there was even a glass screen protector on it as well which was nice. Battery was at 48% and the charging cable fit nice and snug in the lighting port. It was already factory reset when it arrived and set up was simple. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the iPad was placed in a thin bubble wrap sleeve and placed loosely in the box. The box was placed in a FedEx plastic envelope package that’s also lightly bubble wrapped on the inside. But it makes me nervous just having a electronic like that just flopping around inside the box. Delivery drivers have been known to throw around and even drop kick packages and something like this should (imo) have been more secured in the box. More bubble wrap to keep it from flopping around would have been really great. Other than that the tablet is wonderful and we just ordered a second one!!

I purchased this iPad as a holiday gift for my 10-year-old daughter. She uses it for less than 15 hours a week, and it has always been kept in a durable case. After just three months of light use, the charging port no longer works and we’re unable to charge the device at all. For a "refurbished like new" product, this is completely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed.
