What a great buy ! This ipad works perfect and there were no issues with defects internally or externally. She is able to facetime, color is bright, and its fast speedwise. My daughter loves it. Highly recommend!

Christmas gift.. like new, no scratches, works great!

Perfect!! It’s for my son for Christmas. I been playing on it getting everything setup, and I have no complaints. It’s the perfect size for him. I went and got it on my cellular plan and the wifi works great. To be refurbished it’s like new, the quality is good.

iPad came with very little cosmetic damage and no functional damage. The iPad is having some issues with running apps that take up alot of memory, so that I will be investigating more and possibly asking for a replacement if the issue persists. Other than that, everything else is good.

Good price and good item…and a good purchase ….all depends on how long it last….

Purchased this back in October of 2025 and it works great. It came packaged well and with a charger and block. Despite all the negative reviews with the cord melting/catching fire, I haven’t had a single problem with that, or this device. Very satisfied.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IPAD UNLESS YOU DO NOT INTEND ON USING IMESSAGE OR FACETIME. I purchased this 9.7 inch 5th generation iPad for my son’s birthday. I received my package on time, which I was eager to get it set up and wrapped for his big day! Luckily, I had not procrastinated and had time to get it together. I was able to set the iPad up quickly with ease until I approached iMessage and FaceTime. iMessage and FaceTime both continued to display an activation error. I contacted Apple support to correct the issue. Apple stated my account (that I just made only an hour before) had been blocked for spam and to submit a request to have it unblocked. I followed the directions and waited 24 hours as directed. Apple never reached back out to me so I contacted them again, same outcome. I decided to create yet another new Apple account thinking it couldn’t be blocked for spam as it was brand new. Yet again, it was also blocked for spam and unable to activate iMessage or FaceTime. I reached out to customer service yet again. Followed the directions for a third time. This time I was given a reference number and instructed to contact them again if I did not hear back. Of course as fate would have it, I did not hear back so I contacted them as instructed. This time I was able to get a senior tech on the phone. The senior tech and I decided we would trouble shoot by creating another new Apple account (this was my 3rd one) on my MacBook to determine if it was the iPad or the Apple account that was causing the problem. The account activated perfectly on my MacBook so it was time to test the iPad. I logged in as I had before and unfortunately the iMessage and FaceTime still could not be activated. Apple support then informed me that the iPad operational system was outdated and could not support iMessage and FaceTime as it was too old. I then submitted for return as the iPad did not work to its full ability. I received my mailing label and dropped it off at the UPS store. Seven days later the seller informed me that additional action was needed to which I complied and followed every direction perfectly. It was then I was finally issued my refund of $8.54 which was the tax I had paid on the iPad. The seller charged a $87 and some change restocking fee, the exact price of the iPad itself. I did reach out to them to determine the reason for the lack of refund, but never heard back. EDIT: I have finally heard back from the seller and they did indeed issue a full refund. If you have issues stay on top of customer service and they will do right by you eventually. Now that you know my experience with this seller and this product, I hope you think twice about your purchase. The overall condition of the physical I pad was great, but functionality was not what I was looking for!!!

Exactly how it is in the picture! I got his for my daughter for Christmas and It came with a charger cord and block piece which was amazing no scratches or cracks, easy to connect to the WiFi it’s very light to no heavy. I was worried about the sound but it is amazing very loud . When I turned it on the battery was at 56% and in like 30 minutes or less it was at 100%, it comes with it’s own GB with is good but I just bought her more storage. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Bought 2 IPADS as a gift for my twin sisters. Very impressed by amazon for offering great condition refurbished products. Both were easy to set up. no issues with making an apple id and i was able to download hundreds of games smoothly. Will be monitoring how well it performs in the next few months and may change my review then. but for now 10/10 would recommend!
