I was hungry when I took it, having only eaten breakfast but not lunch. After taking it, I am no longer hungry. I started out taking one with a lot of water, and when that seemed fine, I took another.. so two total to start. I have taken glucomannan before by itself so I knew it seemed fine for me and I never had any bad reactions to it. I have also taken chromium picolinate before by itself a long time ago with very good results. I feel like this works way better than the glucomannan I tried before though, not sure why! I have never taken the two together at the same time, so perhaps they are more effective together. This supplement is quite expensive and you could probably save money if you ordered the two things separately, but I like the convenience of it and it does seem to suppress my appetite way better than the glucomannan I took before, even though I actually took more of it then, so it's clearly very good quality. Shipping took way longer than it was supposed to, which I'm not happy about, but it got here at least. I will post an update in a few weeks on how well it's working for me.. this is my very first day trying it. But so far I am impressed!! It at least seems to actually do what it says it does, unlike most "appetite suppressants".. I have another supplement that kinda has the same effect but with very different ingredients.. unfortunately it hurts my stomach a little, so I don't like to take it much. This one doesn't.

I followed the instructions for three weeks and so far it’s really cut down on my cravings. I take with plenty of water and I don’t want a sugary snack at mid day. I also seem to be fuller quicker when I eat my dinner. I didn’t notice any side effects, but there was one day I didn’t eat or drink much at all and my stomach was kind of upset… so just make sure you take it with fluids. I’m going to give it 90 days to see how it works fully. So far I have lost 5lbs in three weeks, which had been really stubborn to lose.

Although,product does help with feeling full and curbing appetite,It also makes you feel extremely nauseous and the headaches you get from it are also pretty bad...I've taken 2 in the morning before food and/or 2 in the afternoon before lunch and each time,they made me feel sick to my stomach after taking them🙁

I thought I bought this for appetite suppression, but it turns out the bigger problem had been craving suppression. Yes, I wanted to eat pretty much constantly, but rather than hunger, the drive was because I was having such strong cravings for particular foods that it bordered on obsession, and I felt like I had to satisfy it just to get on with whatever I was doing. This stopped it literally day 1. My routine: I take one pill when I wake up, 1 pill about mid-day, then 1 before dinner if we are having something quite heavy, and I always always drink a ton of water throughout the day. Before, I was able to successfully do one-meal-a-day intermittent fasting, but it required torturing myself and by the time dinner came around I'd be delirious with hunger, feel awful, and then just go nuts eating dinner. Now I can (to some extent) decide when to feel hungry, how hungry to feel, and in-between I feel physically and mentally normal. Its crazy how much I felt like I was being held hostage by my own thoughts, so having some control has helped my mental health tremendously. I don't find that it gives me energy or anything like that, but making my brain shut the hell up about food I find I'm a lot more focused and performative at work. That said, I'm totally ashamed by that humiliating bottle & packaging and immediately bought a cute more discreet canister. Anyway, $45 is a lot for mysterious supplement you can't return, but the reduction in daily emotion baggage has been so worth it.

I have started using these a week ago. As of now I haven't noticed anything. I struggle with hunger and was hoping these would calm that down. I have taken them every morning with plenty of water, I may try twice daily and see if I notice less hunger. If so I will update my review then.

When I started on this product, I was eating a lot but was working hard toward my weight loss goals with no success. This product has truly decreased my appetite with no side effects and has allowed me to lose almost 10 pounds, by the active ingredients, along with my new eating habits of consuming less. I don't snack nearly as much as before if at all, so it has been a huge help in meeting my weight loss goals. This product does increase digestive activity, but it isn't severe, it just helps things "move along." Other weight loss supplements have gotten kind of scary to try as I usually end up with side effects that just make me afraid to keep taking them, so I haven't tried weight loss supplements in a very long time. I'm so glad this product is available! I'll definitely buy more of the Appetite Suppressant. Note: I use this alongside Unaltered's Slim Tighten and Tone Supplement, so I would recommend using them simultaneously.

Pleasantly surprised by the results of this supplement, and had no negative effects after taking. Keeps me from overeating and yet I can still plan meals. Started taking this when I was unable to get Ozempic filled during national backorder (for diabetes related metabolic syndrome). This allows me to feel full, and I like having the option to stop taking this if I go out to eat. Ozempic would make me not even think about food, and this is as effective and more flexible and affordable for me! I eat less, and have maintained my weightloss and low blood sugar levels after 15 days taking only 1 pill before meals, and starting to move to 2 pills before meals. I would recommend this to other women who want to control their cravings and appetite!

I bought this to try, and I have to say it’s working. I wanted to wait to see some results before reviewing. I bought this one month ago. I followed the instructions and took only 1 pill to start, and have kept it up as I don’t think I need to take two at a time. My experience may have been different from others, but for the first few days of taking these, I had loose stools all day for about 3 days. My body just wasn’t used to so much fiber I guess and needed to be cleaned out, but after 3 days I was ok. I’ve been consistent with these, and it’s been one month and I’ve lost 5.5 lbs. I either take one pill for breakfast and 1 for lunch, or one for all 3 meals for the day. It has helped me curb my cravings for sweets and snacks, which is major for me. I really like them and will continue to use them until I reach my goal weight. I’ll update after month two of taking them. ***
