I love this! So much quicker than my old kettle. I have lots of hot drinks throughout the day and I have instant hot water with just a double push (large mug) of a button! I highly recommend this item!

This water dispenser works as expected. It is very economic, boiling only the amount of water you need. It does so speedily and cleanly, too, with few drips or spillage. Furthermore, it is a two-button system. As it says, press once, for 200 ml of hot 95 degrees plus Celsius water. Press twice, and it will continually flow until you press again to stop it. I, personally, find 200 ml to be a bit too little for a perfect for a mug of tea. That is hardly a criticism if you prefer, like me, the machine's simplicity. It will take a standard B15 Brita filter, which is straightforward to fit. Overall, this is a great hot water dispenser and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a great product yes it could be a tad hotter but if you press it twice so the green button comes on it is better though you have to watch it or it will overspill, quick and easy to make a drink no waiting for the kettle, which is great for the morning cuppa ,a bit time consuming if you have to make more for guests but otherwise it’s fine,holds plenty of water so no need to fill so often and as it only heats what you need it is energy efficient, it does have room for a universal filter but I use a separate filter jug so just fill from that. I would recommend.

This water dispenser is brilliant. Looks sleek and classy, boils water in under 5 seconds. Very impressed and wld highly recommend. When purchasing make sure you buy the filters that are required as these do not come with it.

I bought this as a replacement. This one is a much sleeker design and doesn’t take up as much room. The hot water it dispenses is very hot which I’m very happy about, and it dispenses in 100, 200, 300 and 400ml amounts. It heats extremely quickly and it’s no trouble to quickly re set to boil more if 400 ml is not enough. The touch control pad is sensitive and very clear. There is a lock on the machine which is very easy to unlock by pressing gently and holding the lock icon for about 3/4 seconds. For a household with someone who finds lifting a kettle difficult this is fantastic and gives some independence to make a cuppa! There was a slight defect on the corner of the machine which I didn’t notice straight away unfortunately so I would recommend checking it carefully, having said that it doesn’t affect the ability of the machine to work.

Considering how much cheaper this model is to other boiling water dispensers, I am surprised at how well it works. It is so quiet and easy to use compared to a conventional kettle and quicker too. The outer casing feels a little cheap but that’s the extent of the down-sides. One thing I would suggest is a full clean out with white vinegar as the manufacturing chemical taint takes a while to get rid of. We’ll see how it gets on long-term… EDIT - The machine worked very well for a while but I ended up returning it after 9 months as it started to turn itself on with no warning and flooded the kitchen with boiling water!

I love this! My friend had one so when my kettle broke i decided to try it. I'm never going to look back! It makes a lovely cuppa, and very fast. Looks great in they kitchen too. I do drink a lot of tea so this has really been a bonus to me. You can also use it to make other drinks that require hot water but not boiling, like instant coffee or hot chocolate, as you can change the temperature.
