Willow go flanges
I ordered the 24 mm flanges for my Willow Go, and they’ve been a great fit and replacement option. The sizing feels accurate, and once I switched to the correct flange size, I noticed a big improvement in both comfort and output. The material is soft but still sturdy enough to hold its shape during use, which makes a difference during longer pumping sessions. They’re also easy to clean and swap out, which is a must when you’re already juggling a busy schedule. If you’re unsure about sizing, I’d definitely recommend double-checking before ordering—getting the right fit makes all the difference. But overall, these replacement flanges work exactly as expected and are a solid buy for Willow Go users.

My on the go pump
I love this pump for when I am in the go. I have the carrying case which makes this pump more convenient and a quick grab for me. It’s not my primary pump but it does well when I need to pump and am away from home. I have had a couple issues, sometimes the duckbill will almost fuse shut and has led to me getting soaked as the milk just flowed out instead of into the container. I’m not sure what causes this but it’s happened several times. I squeeze the little duckbill to make sure it can open before I put the pump together. Sometimes the flange seperates from the pump, most times I can usually put it back together and still use it, other times I have to get new sets together since I’m not sure what causes it. I have the 7oz containers and it holds that exact amount. Battery is good and holds enough charge for 2-3 pumps. Suction is decent and I can get about the same amount from my spectra. Everyone reacts differently to pumps, the baby Buddha doesn’t get me “empty” and I’d say I prefer willow despite it having a more powerful suction. Spectra is my primary, the willow is my second favorite

Willow Stan for life!
This is my second time ordering the Willow Go, and I can confidently say it’s still my favorite breast pump. I’ve tried several others: Elvie, Ameda, Motif, Medela, and even the Eufy S1 Pro, but nothing compares to the suction and overall performance of the Willow Go. While the Eufy worked, my body just didn’t respond to it as well as it does to the Willow Go. I should also mention that I have elastic nipples and this pump along with the correct sizing flanges/inserts have given me the highest output, sometimes more than my spectra. One feature I really appreciate is that it comes with 21mm inserts, which is perfect for moms who need a smaller size than the standard 24mm. That’s something not all pumps offer, and it makes a big difference in comfort and output. I also noticed that this purchase included splash guards, which my first one didn’t have. As a registered nurse working 12 hour shifts, this has been incredibly helpful. I often have to stop and run into patients’ rooms before I’m completely finished pumping, and the splash guards make that much less stressful. Overall, I absolutely love the Willow Go and will continue to purchase and recommend their products.

Expensive Pump That Didn’t Last Through Two Babies
The pumps worked fine when I first used them with my son. When I recently tried charging them again for my second baby arriving in the next couple of weeks, one of the pumps wouldn’t even turn on. I then found out that these pumps use a battery that can completely die if it isn’t used or charged for an extended period of time. What makes it even worse is that the warranty is only 12 months. By the time many moms store the pumps away and need them again for another baby, customer service offers no real help and instead just tries to sell replacement parts. For the price of these pumps, I expected them to last through more than one child. If you only plan to use them once, they may be fine. But overall, the customer service is terrible and the product is not worth the money. There are much better pumps on the market.

Fits perfectly and helps save time washing parts often by having extra parts
Fits perfectly on my pumps. Don’t wait to purchase when original pieces get messed up. These are the best back up to safe time and not have to be washing parts too often.

Feel like a human while pumping! But wouldn’t recommend only using this. N
UPDATED: I used the willow for about a year and I would say that was about its lifespan. You have to replace the pumping parts (which aren’t that cheap) every few months to maintain maximum suction (which isn’t as strong as a traditional pump to begin) and even so I got clogged ducts for the first time because it’s hard to tell when to stop or if you’re empty. They do tell you not to use this as your only pump. My bigger annoyance is that one side stopped responding to the buttons and would turn on/off randomly so the battery was pretty much always dead after it had presumably turned on in my bag and run until it died. For $300+ I just think it should last more than a year. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ve been using my willow for about 5 months now and can never go back to any other pump (I previously had a standard spectra, free through my insurance). I pump twice a day, 5 days a week at work and with my old pump would find it so depressing and somewhat dehumanizing like I was an alien experiment or a cow or something. With the willow I’m able to get about the same amount of milk in the same amount of time, but the biggest thing for me is just that I feel so much more secure (if someone walks in I won’t be Completely mortified) and comfortable. Up-sides beyond the emotional feel: - Easy to move around or do simple tasks while pumping. - Can use it in the car on my commute home even! - Start/stop and change speeds with the app easily - Easy set up and pair with phone - Easy to pour into storage containers - Easy to assembly/disassemble and clean - Compact—easy to put in a bag and carry to/from work - Good battery life. I charge them once or twice a week Down-Sides (reasons for 4 star rating not 5): - Will overflow and spill all over if you’re not paying attention (not a big deal but worth mentioning) - One had a phase of being really tweaky. It would start on its own and not turn off. But somehow it resorted itself and it isn’t an issue lately (maybe they did a software update?) - Harder to see when milk is/isn’t coming out to switch to express mode or stop pumping. -Maybe not quite as powerful as standard pumps but hasn’t been an issue for me personally. Overall 10/10 would recommend. 🙌🏼

So happy with this willow pump!!!
Updated - Most amazing pumps ! Simple to use, pretty quiet. Love the option to use the app to control pump and log milk ouput and details or just the pumps buttons! The flange sizing guide that comes with this is so helpful and important! Willow definitely set you up for success with this pump !! 5 STARS 🌟 Ive been using these pumps for awhile now and they are still worth every penny !!! I can not say enough great things about this pump ! I struggle with milk supply usually but with these pumps I have had no drops in supply. * make sure you follow the replacement parts schedule if using regularly for best results !!

Perfect if you have a higher supply or more than 5 ounces
I absolutely LOVE these 7 oz containers for my Willow Go. As someone who tends to be a bit of an oversupplier, it’s seriously so nice not having to stop and empty the containers mid-session. It makes pumping way more convenient and less disruptive. They’re easy to use, fit well, and just make the whole experience smoother overall. Definitely worth it if you’re producing more and want that extra capacity.

A Total Game-Changer for Working Moms!
I absolutely LOVE this breast pump! As a working mom who spends a lot of time stuck in traffic every morning and evening, this pump has been a lifesaver. It's so convenient and easy to use — I just wear it inside my bra and pump while driving. No wires, no hassle, and it's super discreet. The hands-free design allows me to make the most of my commute without sacrificing my pumping schedule. It's comfortable, quiet, and surprisingly efficient. I honestly don't know how I managed before getting this! If you're a busy mom looking for something that fits into your routine without slowing you down, I highly recommend this pump. Total game-changer!

Regrets
Customer service is either outsourced or AI but they get you in some infinite loop of troubleshooting and then they ask you the same questions over and over again days later, their responses get further and further apart. They keep asking for photos to show the issue..the issue is one pump turning on and not actually producing suction. I’ll let you imagine how that can even be photographed. Then they say you should replace the parts every few months. Cool, but do they sell the collection cups in Canada? I had to pay a shipping forwarding service to get those from the USA plus customs and duties. Oh and imagine having to deal with that PLUS actually pumping and caring for a newborn. It’s not worth it. The company shouldn’t sell this thing if they can’t sell all the replacement products. They also shouldn’t give you the illusion of having a warranty if they can’t follow an email thread and resolve a problem that seems pretty common. Omg and the charging ports are at a ridiculous 45 degree angle that’s designed to cause maximum frustration and could potentially break the charge input?? The Bluetooth connection is also super spotty and the app is glitchy. I really regret this

Must have
Expensive but well worth the splurge.. I’ve been a mom for 3 years and went through 4 different brands of pump until I found this gem. These containers have little tops so it doesn’t leak when you tilt. A must have

They don’t work
They don’t really work, they leak no matter what, I know they are not 100% leak proof and just splash proof but not even that works, they splash and leak while a just walk.
