I can't say enough about this product. Taste is not the worse just use 1 teaspoon of honey and you are good to go. For me it works in 4 hours max and you don't get those painful cramps. It does what is says, give you a smooth move. Easy to digest and worth every penny. Better than taking magnesium because this tea does not give you diarrhea. It works well for me. I have been using this tea for a year now. Love it

My go to for inconsistent bathroom activities 😁. Works overnight very well. I tend to steep it for a couple hours which makes it pretty strong. That does cause some cramping but I welcome it to get the job done. My wife uses it too but takes hers in the morning because it works too fast and she doesnt want to go in the middle of the night. Excellent way to regulate bowel habits.

Tastes ok with honey and works effectively.

This tea works every time. It sometimes leaves me with an upset belly in the evening. I can’t tell if it’s because I’m too bounded up or if I’m not bound up enough. I do like to drink this about maybe once a week or every two weeks. I do feel so good after that it’s hard to not want to do it more but I don’t wanna get addicted to it.

Good stuff. Does exactly what it says it will do. Taste is good also.

This is the 3rd day I've drank the tea. It works. However, as many of you know, Senna can cause damage to the intestines. The recommendation for senna pills is 17mg. The tea seems to provide 20mg to 30mg of senna. That quantity concerns me. Tonight I will try a half cup of Smooth Move tea and see if it works. That will provide 10mg to 15 mg of senna.
