Works great, very affordable!
I have these in my laptop bag. I work on a lot of equipment in a lot of different data centers, better safe than sorry although honestly most devices accept USB these days. But for the price, better safe than sorry.

Piece Of Junk
If you have a PC that came with PS/2 connected mouse and keyboard, don't waste your money trying to connect them with this adapter. The computer never recognized my mouse. Cursor arrow sat still. The second I re-plugged the usb mouse plug back up the mouse worked. This product was a waste of money for me.

Didn't work for us this time
This was an experiment that didn't work for us.

maybe works for some people, none of mine though
I don't have a large sample size of mice I've tried it with. Was hoping to convert a "modern" mouse for use with my old KVM switch, but not to be with this particular one it seems. I hope the trackball I have coming will work with it, but we'll see.

Sooner or later you'll need one of these.
If you're into messing around with and updating your pc And you have all kinds off peripheral equipment (key bards, mice) get this, even if you don't need it now. Small price, great use.

works great
Not much to say about an item with one specific job except that it works as it is intended to. I have an old computer that does not accept USB, but because of the nature of what it contains, we keep it alive for reference to our old database (as a fail safe). The old mouse died and can't find a new one, so this little guy did the trick.
