Great Product.
Shipping to New York form China took a while but I mean its coming from China and its big so I cant even complain about the shipping time, even though it seems like forever it actually came before the estimated delivery date. The company posted youtube videos on setup and it comes with a flash drive with pdf instructions. a lil tough to understand but not impossible. easy to set this thing up. took a few hours. i made my own table out of 2 inch emt tube 7ft by 7 ft by 28in high. cutting bed is just some old flat stock i had lying around. it says it accepts txt fies but tap files work and if you already use sheet cam it will work as well as the provided starcam program. my starcam license key did not work they sent me a new one. i have never used any type of CNC machine before im above average iq but i still managed to get this machine to work within a day of setting it up. The quality is much higher than i expected the extrusions are sturdy and the bolts fit pretty well. The wiring is simple (look at diagram on flash drive) i had a single tiny screw that was incorrectly tapped out on a stupid support bracket i used a larger screw and retapped it but i could have just used a small self tapper. i used inkscpe to draw my designs them imported them into sheet cam the star cam key has not arrived yet. then i generated my g codes and saved the tap files to flash drive. tapped a few buttons and boom i cut out this punisher i had a few issues but like i said im new to cnc plasma cutting. e mails i sent to Newlin machine where returned within a day even through the holidays. im super pleased with my purchase and you will be too.

Good, reliable, easy to use machine
I won't lie, I was apprehensive about buying this machine. When pulling it from the box some of the craftsmanship wasn't the greatest. Some bent parts, holes didn't quite line up for assembly but in the end it has actually worked out really well. I have had this for almost at year now and it has helped me build tons of projects that I probably never would have tackled before. With the preloaded shapes and just entering your dimensions it makes it really easy. Even my other employees that aren't computer savvy can cute out parts. If its a little more complicated you can use the software. I am not overly impressed with software, it took a bit of a learning curve, but it does do the trick for cutting odd parts. I am still a little concerned that if the machine goes down I will struggle to get parts and fix it but up to this point I have cut enough parts with it that I feel I have gotten my money back out of it. Hopefully it keeps on spitting out parts for me and I don't ever have to worry about that but I will say If it does go down I believe the seller will help. He was helpful in setup and getting my plasma cutter hooked up to work with it. So overall quite impressed for the price point.

Solid for the price point
I am only writing this review because I had a hard time going out on a limb and purchasing it myself. Is it a super intuitive machine for the extreme beginner? Probably not, but once you get the hang of it I can't imagine a better deal for what it will do. Yes you will likely have to fool with some parameters to get it running right, yes the starcam software isn't that amazing, but get sheetcam for a post processor and roll on. Sure the workmanship isn't 10/10 but its $2000....The flame head works very nicely and the plasma is really only limited by your power source and the parameters you set. I was a novice, spent a few months getting my brain dialed in to it and parameters where they needed but now I can run pretty easily and would buy again. It appears most of the parts inside can be sourced online with some googling.
