️ Mulberry Silk Comforter for Spring/Fall - King Size

I live in a sub tropical climate with high heat and humidity, so finding a comforter that doesn’t make me overheat at night has always been difficult until I tried this 100% Mulberry Silk Filled Comforter from Cotton & Silk. This comforter is excellent. It’s surprisingly lightweight and breathable, yet it still provides just the right amount of warmth for air-conditioned rooms or mild evenings. The silk filling feels incredibly soft and luxurious, and it has a nice “body-hugging” drape without being heavy or stuffy. Excellent temperature regulation, I don’t wake up sweaty like I did with down or polyester fillers Very breathable and moisture-wicking Beautifully made with high-quality silk Perfect weight for year-round use in warm weather (Spring/Fall/Mild Summer rating is accurate) It feels like a high-end hotel comforter. I’ve been using it every night for weeks and it’s become my favorite bedding item. If you live in a hot climate and want something light, soft, and cooling, this is a fantastic choice. We were first introduced to this brand’s comforter through a friend and loved it, so I purchased an additional one to layer for extra warmth during the Bay Area winter. It works perfectly, especially given how much the weather fluctuates lately—temperatures can easily swing by 10°F from one day to the next. The layering flexibility is a big plus. When it’s warmer, we simply remove one insert from the duvet cover and add it back when it gets cold. The comforter has eight corner and side loops, which secure neatly to the duvet cover (we also bought their cotton duvet cover set). Because of this, the insert stays in place, doesn’t bunch up, and keeps the bed looking tidy. The insert itself is very soft and lightweight—not bulky—but still provides impressive warmth for its thickness. It also doesn’t trap heat the way some other materials do. Overall, it’s comfortable, practical, and well-designed. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried many blankets and in various climates. When it’s tropical hot, of course a duvet of any kind is an overkill. But in San Francisco Bay Area like weather, having a cozy duvet makes all the difference for a good nights sleep. Some of the thicker blankets over time become lumpy and uneven. They are not always weighted and feel fluffy. Tossing and turning from hot to cold was the norm. With these silk duvets from the cotton and silk, I get a much better sleep and my sleep quality has increased drastically. The duvet is even, gently weighted and allows for turning motion without waking myself up, and keeps my body at the right temperature for an all night sleep. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to improve their quality of sleep and feel energized when you wake up in the morning.

Wow!! This is such a nice duvet for three seasons. Most people like thicker duvets, so this one is a little bit on the thinner side. It is not going to be easy to care for as you can’t just chuck it in the washer and dryer with tennis balls like you can most duvets. It has to be spot cleaned or dry cleaned only. Silk fibers are not something you can just abuse like a feather/down duvet. For that reason I would advise caution when purchasing if you don’t have a back-up duvet or have pets/kids that make messes. But for summer it’s quite lovely.

This is the perfect duvet. If you're looking for a fluffy, thick duvet, this is not the cover for you, though. It's very thin, but at the same time offers perfect warmth. I have a queen bed and ordered the queen size and it's perfect. I'm not having the same size issues as others seem to have. Not sure if this will be my blanket of choice in the dead of the winter, but for every other time of year it's perfection.

It prompted to write this review is how much we enjoy this comforter. Initially we were apprehensive because of slight odor. We worked with the owner and got guidance. We air it out for a few days and eventually odor disappeared. It looks beautiful, feels soft and comfy. We enjoyed it very much
