Is this a contoured pad?

Yes, fits my 16.2 hand horse well, and the girth is back farther than the cheap ones leaving room for the rider’s knees, putting the material over the withers better and the rider in a better position.. The material is a little grippy too helping me keep my seat. I would definitely buy it again.
