Very nice otter box. Perfect fit for my Galaxy phone

I have had this case on my phone for a long time now. I always use Otter Box phone cases because I am clumsy and regularly drop my phone. This case has protected my phone from grass, carpet, wood floors, tile, and even concrete/asphalt. I will always use Otter Box. My phone has never broken from drops using them. This one has good grip and doesn't increase the width or height by very much which is nice.

This review covers the previous case that was bought about 2 years. We did just purchase another one if that says anything. Our original case had to be replaced because it was falling apart and beyond usable any longer. I've never had a case that didn't last the life of my phone, which is generally 3 to 4 years. Granted this was not my phone case, but another family member's, so that could be part of the problem, but that's another story for another time.While this case has done an excellent job of protecting it's contents, the rubber portion of the case seems to be a bit lacking. First off, the charging jack cover, which is designed to protect the port from dust and other foreign things, came off within the first 4 months of ownership. We ignored that and didn't think it was that big of a deal, but other's might.The second issue we had with it happened just a few weeks ago, which was about 1 year and 10 months into it's ownership. The rubber power button physically detached from the case making it nearly impossible to press the power button on the phone. Over the course of the next couple days, the entire side of the rubber portion of the case began tearing off due to the need to forcefully insert a finger into the tiny open where the rubber power button used to be in order to press the power button on the phone.I decided to purchase another one of these only because of the fact that it has done a excellent job of protecting the family member's phone up to this point. I certainly can't knock the case for doing such a great job, but it is still a bit of a disappointment that it didn't last nearly as long as other cases we've purchased, including previous OtterBox cases for other phone models.

This case doesn't F around. My phone goes through criminal abuse very often, and I have been surprised every time by how well it protects my phone. In comparison, my old case failed the first time it was dropped, and my screen is completely shattered

There's no telling how many times this has saved my phone. It may be a tad pricey, but it's a LOT cheaper than dealing with a broken phone. LOVE.

Perfect 👍I think these are the best phone cases out there. I love this one and if I need another one in the future this is what I'm buying.
