This is a decent inexpensive large umbrella but the post is not really strong enough so be careful as it can bend from the weight. **Q: What kind of stand should I get for this?** A: A good light stand will be enough. You don’t need a C Stand. Just have something that is not flimsy and possibly add a sand bag **Q: What strobe would you recommend for this?** A: Any will work. I use the Godox AD200 most often. **Q: Does this include the gold and silver insert panels as shown at photok.com?** A: Mine did not come with the insert.
