Great bidet for great price
This is a great value deal for a top of the line bidet from Korea. It has a heated seat, adjustable water temperature, adjustable water pressure, adjustable aim (front to rear) for the rear water spray and the front water spray, and air drying. The seat is very comfortable compared to our standard Kohler toilet seat, and we no longer feel loss of circulation to the legs when sitting on the toilet. This bidet also has a power saving feature if you want to save energy if you will not be using it for a few days, and a self rinsing function. Heated bidets are far more comfortable and hygienic than toilet paper, and you will save a lot of toilet paper by using this. Bidets are also great if you suffer from hemorrhoids.Installation is easy if you are just a little handy and can follow the instructions when shutting off the water valve to your toilet, uninstalling your old toilet seat with a screwdriver, and installing the bidet. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and maybe a rubber mallet, nothing more.A few tips and notes for installation and fitment:1. Measuring from between the toilet seat mounting bolts to the outer front edge of the bowl, 16.5" requires a round bidet and 18-18.5" requires an elongated bidet. Almost all modern toilets are elongated.2. If this is your first bidet, just be aware that powered bidets like this require a power outlet nearby to function, and the mechanism takes up a bit of space behind the seat, so the overall seating space will be a little shorter than your original toilet seat.3. Your toilet bolt holes may be a little smaller than spec. Our Kohler toilet had slightly small bolt holes, so we had to use a rubber mallet when installing the rubber bolt receivers. Keep the bolts screwed into the receivers if you need to hammer them in to make sure the rubber pieces stay straight.4. Bidets like this work best if your toilet tank is squared. Our tank had a slight concave curvature that interfered with the bidet, so we could not install ours back far enough to fit precisely over the bowl. Ours has part of the front bowl edge visible under the bidet seat, but it is perfectly functional.Overall A+ product. Has all the features you would want from a heated bidet at an unbeatable price.

Best quality bidet!
Ever since using bidets, I couldn't go back to using just toilet paper. Upgrade your life!! Bidets really make a big difference in comfort and cleanliness.Installation was straightforward and simple. I have two other bidets in my house, and Daelim Dobidos is my favorite bidet so far. The water pressure and dryer do a great job, and I love the adjustable settings.I'm going to get another one for my sister and brother-in-law, who definitely need an upgrade to their bathroom. It was hard to convince them at first, being stuck in their old ways. But after using it, they got hooked. This was a great purchase and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a high-quality bidet in their bathroom. It's especially worth it for the price, considering the other overpriced bidets out there. Highly recommend!

Great product... when it works
The media could not be loaded. I bought this in December and by July it stopped working. I tried everything to get it to start working again, followed all of the directions in the manual. The manual says to call customer service, but there is no number to call listed anywhere, so take your chances. Really like it if it was reliable. Hopefully this review gets some attention from the seller and they can help me as the unit is under warranty. The specific behavior is that the 3 water temp lights blink and, in the past, I simply had to run the unit and it would resolve or cycle the power. Now, the lights blink and when I try to run it, the nozzle doesn't extend and water drips out where the nozzle is. The nozzle is not clogged. The nozzle won't even extend when you push the stop button twice. It will extend when the unit is power cycled as a part of its initialization. I tried draining the hot water tank and then having it refilled, cycle the power a bunch of times, nothing works, so I have a defective unit and have no clear way to get a new unit per the warranty.

Great product but we ordered round and got elongated so it doesn’t fit our toilet the best.
The product works well except for that we got the wrong style shipped to us so it doesn’t fit our toilet well.

Full-package premium bidet without the mark-up price
I am probably not the typical bidet customer in the US: I lived with a bidet for the first 15+ years of my life when I lived in Korea. So when I finally moved to a place of my own, it was a no-brainer to finally install one. I was pleasantly surprised to find this brand on Amazon, as Daelim is the most recognizable brand in Korea, where even subway stations have toilets equipped with bidets. To be honest, at the time of purchasing this, I had some minor concerns around the brand being relatively new in the US and that I’d never installed a bidet myself but they quickly dissolved the moment I opened the packaging. To highlight just a couple of things that I love most about this product:1) The installation process was so seamless: there were clear step-by-step instructions included in the packaging, and they even have an easy-to-follow installation video on Youtube!2) Based on the other products that I’d seen, I can say quite confidently that you’d be hard-pressed to find a better price point for this level of quality. Sure there are cheaper options out there, but you’d be missing out on some of the best features of a bidet, including the customizable water pressure and temperature, and the heated seats for the cold winter months (my personal favorite). In fact, the features and the finish seem comparable— if not identical— to the much pricier “premium” options (>$350).3) And perhaps most importantly, it looks great in my bathroom — the sleek and clean finish looks great in my bathroom.Simply put, if you are looking for the full-package bidet experience at a reasonable price point, this is the one. Take it from a guy who was potty-trained on the bidet and thought this is what all toilets looked like until coming to a country where people will literally fight each other for toilet paper. You will not be disappointed.
