I am not a photographer by any stretch of the imagination, but I do use similar equipment, especially when I am teaching online and using green-screen effects on my video performances. This does excellent for the lighting. In fact, I put away both of my umbrella lights(which were far more expensive, I might add) and have switched to using this one instead.The light is very bright, but also evenly distributed, which means that my green-screen images and motion look far more crisp. I also have fewer errors with distortions and other effects on screen. The lines around my face and background are way smoother- everything just looks way better. You may need to adjust your camera lighting down a bit, because this light is very bright. On the bright side(pun intended yes yes),your face will light up and the blemishes will be hard to spot.It may not look love me much in the pictures, but this is an absolute steal. It also comes with a fully-adjustable stand. The stand is not amazing or built out of titanium alloy or anything, but it gets the job done.Everything was super easy to put together and all came with a really great bag to store them in when not in use or to transport from location to location. I am really happy with this product. I wish I had begun with this single box setup instead of the other lights I used.Highly recommend.

Combined this with a nice velour cloth backdrop (pocket slides right over the crossbar) and had a quick amateur portrait studio. The item is light weight aluminum and the full length crossbar had a hardly noticeable deflection with the weight. The simple but convenient system involved will hopefully last a long time with careful intermittent use. Four side clips rather than just two would make sense, but careful arranging worked OK (click on the seller name for extra clips and clamps). Not for hanging a heavy display, but I vote good value for the money. If you need a chin-up bar look elsewhere with more bucks.

Used this for a birthday party, with a simple banner and a couple balloons on each side.IT TIPS VERY EASILY!It worked, but I had to tie it to a fence so it would tip over. bummer.

I enjoy doing mini-shoots. This stand was perfect for Christmas this year. Easy assembly, light weight, height adjustments. There as even 2 clips provided to hold the base of your backdrop in position.No complaints

The set up was easy. It’s nice that it adjusts in height and width. I do wish it came with more clips than just two but that’s ok I’ll just get more. Great to have for party backdrops as seen here.
