Great model
One of my favorite Engines of all time, hurried home from work every day to see if it had arrived even before i knew it would. The model was a lot bigger than i thought it would be which made me extremely happy. This model is worth every penny and every minute you have to wait for it.

Don't Buy this engine, It wouldn't stay on the track. Son very dissappointed
Very disappointed. We bought it new in package. I looked great, but metal pcs that attached to wheels were very weak and flimsy. There is a set of extra wheels in front and back of engine that rotate freely. It was very hard to align all 12 wheels on track, and I'm an adult. I used the ramps to assit, but it wouldn't align using the ramps. My 9 yr old never could get all wheels on the track. Most disappointing issue was that it wouldn't stay on the track. It would derail on every corner. I made many different track shapes, eliminated all sharp corners, made sure all track connections were bump free/smooth, cleaned track, but it still would derail at full speed; that's without any cars being pulled. Add cars behind it, and it just would not make any corners. My son quit playing with it within an hour of opening it. He went from desiring all "Thomas the Train" HO trains, to not wanting any more. He's sticking to the more dependable traditional style of HO engines. TRUELY DISAPPOINTED. Sent back for refund.

Good Runner
Runs great, good quality for the price. The aesthetics are almost identical to the TV show. Too bad Bachmann no longer makes Gordon’s express coaches.

As Advertised
The eyes did not move smoothly and sometimes stuck in one position. Some adjustment corrected the problem.
