Does it contain glitter

Yes it is a little glittery, however I would call it more of a shimmer than glitter. It is a very pretty light shimmer.

Would this look good on light warm skin?

I didn’t like this one very much. I’m mixed black and white so I’m quite pale with a tone warm. I much prefer the pearl Murumuru Butter Highlighter. I use that with a matte powder on top and it gives me a nice slight shimmer for day wear.

Is iridescent or pearl best for extremely pale skin? Is one more highlighting than the other?

I like both. I am very pale and the pearl gives my skin a glow.
