This cocktail set is a great deal! A crystal cocktail mixer is a nice step up in class and presentation from the standard stainless steel. Of course you can not do "shaken" with this set but thats fine you shouldn't be shaking your cocktails anyway. For classic Martinis and Manhattans etc this is perfect. It is relatively small on the counter but it is large enough to make 3-4 martinis at a time. The crystal mixer is a nice heavy thick crystal with a standard pattern on it. For a super cold Martini try storing it in the freezer. The spoon, strainer, and jig are ok quality nothing special, but they get the job done you don't need these to be perfect. I like that this comes in a set with all you need. Most of the crystal mixers on Amazon seem to be stand alone, and then you would end up needing to spend separately for the spoon, strainer, and jig which inflates the cost for no good reason. With this set you get everything you need for the same price as just the mixer for many of the other options.

I have been very happy with this set. I have been trying my hand at making a variety of cocktails at home, and had been looking for sturdy, fashionable, and professional equipment. And in my opinion, this fit the bill perfectly. The jigger, strainer, and bar spoon all have a satisfying heft and sturdiness, which makes them feel very professional. But what caught my eye with this set is the mixing glass. It is made with thick glass, and like the other parts of this kit, has a very professional feel about it. I would say that the quality of this set, and all the Mofado products I have purchased (the rocks glass is also Mofado), are on par with what you would see at a high end restaurant.

I was looking to replace my old jigger (metal plated over plastic) when I came across this set. I have been trying to up my cocktail game and did not own a strainer, mixing glass, or bar spoon and for the price of this I felt I couldn't go wrong. The mixing glass is heavy and beautiful, and shows well in my china and crystal cabinet when not in use. For making drinks (I have made martinis and old fashioned's in it so far) it is the piece of barware I did not know i needed until I had one. The strainer fits the mixing glass perfectly and makes me feel like a real bartender. This set is worth it just for the mixing glass and strainer alone. My only disappointment is with the jigger. The jigger IS well made: constructed of stainless steel it feels great in my hand and is easy to use. The disappointment is twofold: 1. The large side only holds 1.6 oz when full to the brim (45 mL; yes I measured) and many of the recipes I use call for 2 oz (note: The small side holds just under an ounce, close enough); and 2. The graduations are hard for me to read without getting my face right up to the jigger. Now, having said this, don't let this put you off of this set. It is a great set and I would buy it again. If I could give half stars, I would give this 4-1/2 stars, taking a half a star off for the jigger. If you like to mix drinks, or want a gift for someone who does, look no further!

I needed a good quality, attractive mixing glass to complement the bazillion cocktail shakers in my cabinet. I looked at several of the available mixing glasses and decided the MOFADO Crystal Cocktail Mixing Glass looked to be the best, at an affordable price. I wasn't wrong. It comes with a jigger, a cocktail strainer (technically, the Hawthorne Strainer) and a bar spoon. Perfect set. Very substantial mixing glass that is highly functional and will elicit envy and praise from anyone watching you make a Manhattan. The Hawthorne strainer fits the mixing glass perfectly. The set came well packaged and on time, along with a note enclosed that promised total satisfaction with the product. This is online shopping at its best, when what you receive meets expectations in every way. I would recommend this to anyone and would buy it again.

We bought this for my mother-in-law who loves to make a cocktail. She absolutely loves it. She loved that. It came with all the tools as well as a mixer. it looks very expensive and well-made. We’re not pro cocktail makers, and neither is my mother-in-law, we do it for fun. So this is a mixologist advice haha. But for someone who just likes making cocktails at home for pleasure this is a great kit.

This was a gift for my husband, he loves mixing cocktails with it! The strainer fits perfect and the spoon is very nice. Perfect size for two cocktails.

Great for mixing martini

The mixing beaker looks well made and the strainer fits, my only complaint is with the shot measure which looks cheap and which had what looks like black tarnish marks around the top edges. The measurements are also difficult to see or read which is why I give this a 4/5 rating. Overall a decent “starter” set.

Nothing like a Friday night Manhattan out of this mixing kit.
