Do they stand up on the bottom or lie down?

I just did an experiment to find out the answer for you. I filled a tall bucket with water. At first they seemed to float upright (with tails still touching bottom) a little when the water was shallow, and a bit of current from the water from the faucet was moving around. After it was full, a good 5-6" above their upright standing height of their heads, the dolls settled horizontal on the bottom. Hope this helps you in your decision. They are cute little dolls, with movable arms like Barbie type dolls.

It says assorted colors. What other colors might I receive that is not pictured?

the color are the same as shown. Inside the package the dolls are different colors

Why is this 'amazon's choice'? after reading the reviews, 'shells attached at the nips pop off' lol. lots of other issues.

We've had no issues, and they are a nice easy dry off alternative to barbies in the bathtub.

Fun water play for little girls

Great price for a 3pack of diving mermaid toys. Great for birthday presents or stocking stuffers. These toys are great for tub play as well. The colors are bright and vibrant and doesn't wear off. These toys are about 7" long and easy to see under water. Great find.

Cute toys for pool

These toys are really cute and seemingly durable but one of them actually came apart and I’m not sure I can get it back together. I don’t know if a kid that my daughter shared them with tried to break it on purpose so we’ll see how the other two fair the rest of the summer.
