BEWARE! Negative Side Effects!
I realized that drinking mushroom coffee was giving me a headache. After doing some research, I found that certain mushrooms used in mushroom coffee contain high levels of compounds called oxalates, which can lead to kidney stones and be hard on digestion. Additionally, I found that mushroom coffee products are becoming too expensive. As a result, I switched back to black coffee. After a few days, my headache disappeared. Now, I've started including cooked real mushrooms in my diet in moderation. I don't trust the mushroom coffee ads because I learned that mushroom coffee has no real health benefits per health claims.

Superb! Tastes as good as brewed coffee. No instant taste!
I was introduced to this coffee when someone brought a couple boxes of it to work. I immediately added it to my monthly subscribe and save order. I drink this several times a week now. It does not taste like instant coffee. It’s easy to make. It’s portable so I can make it anywhere where I can have hot water. Great stuff: a true win.
