I have a stoma after my ileostomy until I have the reversal, meaning it's harder for me to get the fluids and electrolytes absorbed into my system that I need. This fits my need at a reasonable cost, without the huge carb counts that many sports drinks or so called thirst quenchers have. The flavor is sort of like just drinking a thicker silkier plain water, so I add a little flavor enhancer. I alternate a glass of filtered water, and a glass of this throughout the day. Works well for me, and my lab results show I'm well hydrated with a good electrolyte level. Note: The bottles are literally filled to the brim, LOL.

I have a medical issue that leaves me dehydrated most of the time. I use this drink, mixed with flavored water, to hydrate myself. It works wonders. It's just as good as the brand name product, but less expensive. I have been really happy with this product.

This oral electrolyte solution is just as described. I appreciate this flavor because it is clear with less sugar. It is effective for diarrhea and rehydration after a hectic workout. Bought 5 for the rest of the family..

The unflavored version tastes like salt water. I prefer salty over the sweet flavored versions, so I'd buy it again.

I had to buy a lot of these because my mother need to be drinking this every day. Amazon had the cheaper alternate to the name brand.

Very hard to find unflavored Electrolyte Solutions that aren't sickening sweet with artificial sweeteners. This one is great! How does it taste? Like water with a tiny bit of salt and sugar.
