A: Yes.  I have size 7- 7 1/2 foot.  It feels very comfortable on, and has a gel squishy form that makes it fit around the foot.  Saves my ankle every time.

No, Tolaccea ankle ice pack is made of solid expert-gel it will not melt and still flexible and soft after frozen for 4-6 hours. No moist or wet please do not worry about it

A: Mine hasn't no

**Q: Would this be too big for an 11 year old who wears a size 3; not quite adult sizes?**
A: Thats hard to say. It fits pretty snug. So, it may cover more of his foot and ankle because of the size.  Also, the cold only lasts about 15-20 mins and he must wear a crew sock when wearing the ankle pack. It does not need to touch bare skin.  I wish the cold lasted longer, but I really like it.
