Beautiful looking and high quality item that works perfectly. I like to paint standing up and this easel provides a working platform at good height so that I don't have to stoop. Excellent value for money and would thoroughly recommend.

This is the best easel I have ever had. Unlike many others I have used and had to build in the past it is well finished, and extremely easy to put together. No missing parts. No misalignment of components. Clear instructions, that just work. They even give you the tools to do the job. I absolutely love it. It took around 2 hours to put together, which is not bad, considering I am in my 70’s and I can’t wait to start using it. I have a small studio, so this is going to make working in it so much easier. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a good, substantial and flexible easel. It’s well worth the money.

Wow! The easel arrived well packaged and protected. The instructions were very clear and everything you need is included, down to two screwdrivers. The parts are numbered and the fixings sorted into lettered bags. It took me less than an hour, on my own, slowly pottering away to get it built with absolutely no issues and my goodness is it worth it. I’m thrilled with the quality for the price. It’s extremely solid, heavy and sturdy. The wheels are easy to manoeuvre on and the brakes work well. It’s extremely large, I can’t imagine I’ll ever use it at its full height, but I wanted an easel which tilts to allow for easy varnishing. I love the handy little tray to keep brushes and rags. Overall, a great buy!

The easel comes for self assembly with all the tools required. It was quite straightforward following the pictures. The final construction is very stable but easy to move on the casters. One piece was misshaped but when I contacted Viswin Joyce replied very quickly and solved the issue by posting a new part. Would definitely recommend both the company and the product.

Wow! I am so glad that I chose this easel over another very similar one. I could see the reviews here were better so I decided on this, I am so glad that I did, I don't think I will ever need to buy another easel in my life. This does it all, it holds a much bigger canvas than I will need for a while. It was so easy to put together, the instructions are the best I have used in a very long time, and some care has gone into them. It was easy to get the pieces out of the box and put them in order, and all the tools (spanner, allen key and 2 screwdrivers) came too! The best for me is the price, I was looking for a large easel that went flat 90 degrees and this does smoothly and with ease. I love the shelf, it won't be long before that is bursting with bits and bobs. I'm just so impressed by it, for the money, get this one! I've taken a photo with a canvas on it showing the canvas size, 12" X 32" and some paints, one is a 60ml bottle, so gives you some idea of size, The canvas is held well and doesn't move. Really impressed, thank you Viswin!

I really love this easel. It is easy to build, sturdy, beautifully made and stylish. I had an issue with one of the pieces that was faulty and the company was super supportive to help replacing it. Because of a lack of time to receive the said piece, I was offered a £25 refund instead, and I managed to fix the piece and build the easel as it is meant to be. (Had to drill 4 holes in a metallic plate) I highly recommend this product and this company.

Bought as a gift for my wife. Surprise spoiled. Seems sturdy and a good product.

Excelente. Viene con instrucciones muy claras para montarlo, incluyendo destornilladores y todas las herramientas necesarias. Caballete súper pro, robusto, totalmente estable y fácil de manejar. Puedes trabajar en plano y hasta un poquito inclinado hacia delante con todos los ángulos intermedios. La zona inferior queda despejada para que puedas tener las rodillas si pintas sentado cerca. Le doy sin duda un 10, estuve valorando muchas opciones y creo que di con la mejor.

I was worried at the UPS drop-off, because the unwieldy weight of the birchwood in the box had begun to smash its way out of the box during the shipping process. Well, that turned out to be no problem at all because of the extremely hard nature of the high quality birch used, and the excellent packaging design. All of the little bits you would be worried might slip out of a box [like instructions, hardware, smaller easel parts] starting to come open in transit were safely nestled in the center of the packaging. The instructions for assembly are like a master class in how to write fantastically logical and easy to follow assembly instructions. They reveal the minds of excellent product designers, and very skilled graphic designers and technical writers. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone involved in making this went to university to learn their applicable knowledge, and were highly ranked in their classrooms. I hope this manufacturing company values their people, because this it seriously the work of an excellent team. If you look at my photo of all of the parts laid out, each part is labeled with a number, each hardware piece is in a bag according to individual type, and each of those is lettered. It all corresponds beautifully to the instructions and the schematics. Every bit of it needed was there, and the kit included a flat head & Philips screwdrivers, and a wrench key. You have everything needed to put this together, and they have made doing so as easy and as logical as possible. And then best of all but no surprise to me once I saw how fabulously designed and organized the instructions and parts were: the quality and functionality of this easel is just wonderful. It rolls beautifully, it adjusts position and angle like a dream, it does all of the positions and angles the Product Description claims, the sturdiness and ease of use is excellent, and it can accommodate canvases from tiny to giant wall covering size (check the Product Description for scope). Now - this is a big beast. It could be folded somewhat and rolled into a closet or garage. But when it is out being used, this sturdy easel is not invisible. So just know that you are committing some physical space by getting this one rather than a dinkier, lighter, but more limited and flimsy easel. I would only get this one if you are really, truly going to use it. But if you are going to truly use it, I can't imagine there is a better, more functional easel out there. I would order another product from this company in a heartbeat. I have never been so pleasantly surprised by something I've ordered from Amazon actually turning out to be better than I expected.

It's a good, sturdy, and well-designed easel. Comparable to similar ones I've seen at my local art supply for $600 to $800. It arrived well-packed and organized so that it was easy to assemble. The design is excellent, and the components are cut and drilled accurately so that everything fits together perfectly. It holds large and small canvases equally well, and the fact that it tilts horizontally will make varnishing paintings so much easier. My only gripe is that I wish the platform would go lower to accommodate taller paintings. The lowest setting is about 18 inches off the ground, so if your canvas is more than 60 inches tall, you will need a step ladder to reach the top. Otherwise I couldn't be happier. If you need a good, solid, affordable studio easel, look no further.

Ottimo cavalletto. Robusto, facilmente maneggiabile, decisamente bello a vedersi. Montaggio accessibile per due non molto pratici in bricolage, richiede una buona attenzione alle istruzioni del venditore. A proposito del venditore eccezionalmente disponibile e gentilissimo disposto a spedirci a sue spese la scatola con i componenti per il montaggio che pensavamo di aver smarrito ( poi ritrovata per fortuna). Non mi resta che mettermi a dipingere col nuovo cavalletto … mi spiace un po’ sporcarlo ma ė inevitabile!

Amazing quality. I got the walnut color, matt varnished, very fancy and professional. Easily can be dragged around with wheels which can be locked and stays in place. Very versatile can be flat and 90°. Takes a while to put together but instructions are very detailed and pieces are numbered to match the instructions. Get it and feel great painting on it.
